fixed deposit refund

I have my fixed deposit in bank of baroda (Janghai branch) where branch manager is prashant jha, and they are not giving my fixed deposit money back since last several years, as they are saying that we are not getting any record whereas i have original fixed deposit receipt with me and i renewed it some years back but now they dont want to give my money back.

neft accidentally credit into wrong account and money is not refunded back
