Refund of Rs.11139 sent by amazon on 5th oct.2020 in my vijaya bank acccount but not credited to my account till dqte.

Greetings,
A refund of Rs.11139.37 was successfully transferred from amazon with ref. no.#32515613 in my vijaya bank account (now bank of baroda) account no.[protected] but same has not been credited to my account till date.I have visited branch so many times, registered complaint through customer care no.BCOT[protected] on 3rd nov.2020 but no response till date.
please do the needful.

Refund initiated by amazon but still not received

I have order a product on amazon on 3rd November 2020 for which i pay ₹2349.10 the order id is[protected] Due to some reason product got cancelled and tgey have initiated the refund on 4th november 2020 for which they have provided me the reference no therefore i m attaching that screenshot here...

Regarding refund not processed

Refund of rs. 3879/- has been made by amazon on 7 of October 2020 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]
"the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.

Debited of RS 177 from my savings account

From my account Rs 177 is debited from bank side without giving any information they already charged quarterly to my account at respective times, this is a type of fraud from bank, I strictly warning and challenging bank for this heinous activities, I want my debited money with interest...as bank shocked me in early morning, I am feeling very bad and I am going to challenge bank in consumer complaint service and if I didn't get my amount...

Refund Not received, delay in bank

I Bought Creative Outliner one v2 headphones from amazon.

I returned it 5th of november and they initiated the refund of Rs 1439.10 on the same day but i haven't received my refund even today 13th november.

Amazon has provided me with a Refund Reference number # 30005103070307153486756 as proof of from their end.

I have provided the screenshots of my purchase, return and refund transactions....

Bank of baroda customer care center fraud.

There is an illegal transfer of 89000 Rs from my saving account with the involvement of customer care employee. The customer care leak information to third party and get involved in bank fraud. I have registered complain GNBG[protected] AND BCOT[protected] and GNBG[protected] but there is no sign of curiosity in resolving the issue. there are more interested in paper formalities and shifting responsibility to other. This is a hard earned money...
