NO USAGE RECORD FOUND

DEAR SIR

I AM A NEW CUSTOMER OF BSNL LAND LINE AND BROADBAND. I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL ON THE SITE www.data.bsnl.in. WHEN I AM LOGING INTO THIS SITE AND WANT TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL THERE IS SHOWING A DIALOGUE THAT"NO USAGE RECORD FOUND" INSPITE OF GIVING THE RIGH PORTAL ID AND PASSWORD. SO THAT I AM GETTING FEAR TO CONTINUE USE OF BROADBAND SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT SEEING THE USAGE...

Abnormal usage charges Charged by BSNL

I am a dataone custommer (HOME-250 PLAN) of BSNL since November 2005.I have never noticed such abnormal usage charge in past time what is happened in last four days[protected] to[protected].During this four days the upload/download usage is more than 3.0 GB which I know is completely absurd and illogical for home plan user like me.I have comlained immediately to the bill section of BSNL Durgapur, but no action had been taken.They have not...

excess billing as well as poor response from BSNL

Sir, i have been using BSNL post paid mobilse corporate CUG plan-299 with gprs plan-199 unlimited internet connection
they have sent me a bill of 5000 above in which roaming charges counts to 3000+ showing that my roaming outgoing call time is aroung134 hours which looks rubbish as i was in roaming for 7 days.
when i have contacted the bsnl office on 03.03.2008 for the first time, i was advised to request for an itemised bill...

New Landline connection applied - No response

I have applied for a new BSNL Land Line Connection with Broadband (900Package) on 22-March-2008. BSNL advertisements are staking tall claims that within a week phone/broadband connections would be given. But till now no response on my application. Call centre 1500 repeatedly says that the application is "In Process". Are we still living on that "Apply and wait for 10 Years to get a phone age ?" If this be the case why...

Poor Customer Service

Sir, My phone number is[protected]. Daily I interact with the Public Grievance Cell of BSNL, AP Telecom Circle. I lodge complaints on behalf of others at their request. I send feedbacks and emails to the officials related to their bad services. The customer care of PG Cell is very very poor. Non Receipt of bills since connection

sir,
i, Subir dey No.[protected] of Jharkhand had taken post paid mobile connection in Jan08.Since then i have not received any bills inspite of so many reminders/complaints.To add on to it now they have barred my outgoing calls.atleast the company should inform the amount by sending the bill.

Flash Post Paid Bill from North East Tripura Circle

Sir,
I m a post paid BSNL User .I found one bill for the month of January 2008 as Rs.13000/- but there is an option if the bill exceed Rs2000/- then the mobile out going connection will be cut.Rather it is showing Rs 13000/- & next Feb 2008 bill is also remain so..its Rs 6000/-Morover all post bill is for one month only..but SDO Telephone says it is 2 months bill..
i m waiting for ur early reply & help me...

Imposed Rs 500/- broadband installation charges

I have taken a broadband connection in the month of February, 2008. Initially the are told me that there is no installation charges for broadband. Later the have sent bill Rs:650/-

Rs.500=00 broadband installation charges
Rs. 150=00 other charges.

It is not good for BSNL

I have two postpaid conection of BSNL, I can't Listening or talking with BSNL covrage area, I have located near Odhav talephone exchange, which have own network tower ......

Deficiency in dialing system

While calling from landline to any company where the telephone is automated electronically, and ask to dial, example: please dial 1 for english, 2 for Hindi, 3 for Telegu etc. or any other extension, my telephone does not extend this facility and I can not call the required extension.

Please rectify this problem as I am facing it since a long time. Even though I have complained, no action has been taken.

Useless broadband connection & service

Myself P Saha and I am lecturer in a Govt Unversity.
After 6 months of waiting I get the connection of broadband service (Phone no. [protected]) this month from my local telephone exchange (Nimta Telephone exchange). They connect it and then I get the ID, password also, but unfortunately till now the internet line is not working. When they connected the line, modem etc, they charge extra money etc for better service, but after that...

Telephone Transfer

I had personally visited the Hoskerehalli BSNL branch on 15th march and applied for the transfer of my telephone. But still the work order is not issued. i am trying to call almost all the BSNL offices but not getting any response.
Could some one please check the same at the earliest ???????? Unnecessarly i am ending up paying the Rent...

after issuing userid, password and modem on 05 Mar 08 till now broad band is made

1. I have applied for new BSNL landline connection and got it on 19 Feb 08. Along with new line registration I applied for broadband connection also, my seniority for broadband must start from date of registration. However, my modem, user-id and password for broadband was issued on 05 Mar 08. For first month telephone bills is also cleared.

2. Since then Fibre Optical cable was damaged between Yelahanka Exchange and Air Force...

SIM card failed to register

Sir,

I have sent application/s to correct my name as "SREEDEVI MOHANAN" instead of SHRIDEVI MOHANAN appearing in the bill. But no avail.

Also I have writtem my email ID as
"[protected]@rediffmail.com"
but always they send sms intimating that "my billing details sent through e-mail Id wrongly. Now they requested to send correct email ID for e-bill, to Custoner Care Centre....

one day i unlocked the security code. then it was telling about PUK code. i entered this code and sim card got rejected....

most third grade service provider

i am having a prepaid connection of bsnl.from last two years i am complaining about network.but the company is least bothered about network.from last three weeks i am unable to receive any calls as well as make any calls.i am fed up of complaining it to customer care.i request every individual personally that never take a connection of bsnl.ITS A REQUEST!!...

Instrument is dead

We have a BSNL Landline connection at our home (Phone No is[protected] in Yerwada rigion.Its a only incoming service we are using.We have already made telophonic complain whose complain Id is 16180. Till now we did not get any kind of response from bsnl. Thats why we dont know whether line is dead or instrument .
