Resolution of Complaint number-14214422,14215092,921586 and 621258723

Dear Team,
Every month when the person came in to take reading he told that name is not reflecting so as to take the consumed units, now this is high time in a row.
Also we are consuming the units and presently consumed units is 700+. we are also receiving the bills with Zero amount which is not OK.

I went to North regional office during lockdown and show them the meter screen shot, they send a bill of INR 5000/-...

Excessive bill by adding wrong units charges

CESC doing conspiracy against good paying customer by manipulating units charges in one month low and then next month excessive high so that they can take high amount of high rate slab charges. When they do such things they will not send sms of meter reading like this and I also did not get. Excessively high bill
