Indian Gas Distributor - M/S Sudha Gas Agency, Shiv Mandir Chowk, Katihar (Bihar) — Not responding for Booking by Phone/Online.

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 months, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

Indane cooking gas booking on K 2 International — False booking and false delivery

I started receiving booking and delivery messages on 18.07.11 to 19.07.11 vide booking no.[protected]. In fact, I had not booked any refill at present. I do not know who booked and who received the refill (cash memo: 17009) as was stated in the sms sent to me. This may please be investigated and I may be informed. Dr M Y Shareef. ([protected])

This is to inform you that I face lots of problem in refill booking for eg. I done the booking against your refill booking 224555 and the cash memo 4634 generated whereas on 5.8.2011 I received a message from you stating refill booking is cancelled.

In continuation on 6.8.2011 2nd booking was done by an UNKNOWN PERSON booking reference is 238934.

When I contacted Prasanna Gas Agencies they say only from my phone the booking can be done sorry to inform I have not done the booking on 6 August.

Anyhow I need a refill so I accept this booking done by an unknown person but this should not happen henceforth.

The refill slip which I receive while delivery is not mine somebody else.

In future I need a delivery which in my name and booking as per my request..

Reply and assure me this kind of mess not happens in future. If happens what is the solution.

I am K B Jokria. my gas connection no. is SH18036 in Trimurti gas Agency. my cylinder is not being delivered for last one month . i am a Senior citizen and retired from Indian army.
Trimurti gas agency owner sells the cylinder in the market.My request is check the delivery system of the Trimurti gas agency in Delhi.

Sir,
I would like to record my Complaint against you Gas dealer, ie (M/S Sree Raghavendra Gas Agencies) 404, MTH Road, Avadi, Chennai- 600054. Inspite of Gas cylinder booking and getting the cash memo number, they do not deliver at our area for the last whole month. Every body has to carry the cylinder on their own and bring new cylinder if available at their depot. They charge no less for the same. What about senior citizens like me who struggles for walking due to ailments and all?

You can independent inquiries in our area on your own through your sources, But please kindly Help us by appointing another agency or order them to supply at doorsteps. I sincerely hope that you will help an Ex-Serviceman like me.

Indane Gas — Cylinder booking

Mr. Vinod panwar does not recive phone & Does not reply properly. He sold gas cylinder in black to market at the rate 700/-

I have booked my gas cylinder through my cell phone but they did not delivered my gas cylinder, when I complaint it in gas agency, they deliver the cylinder and again booked my cylinder on their side means they blacked my one cylinder.

With great sorrow I would have to inform my frustration for poor services. Sir I had a problem of refilling my cylinder. This problem is continuous till one half year. I am trying to make a booking for refilling my cylinder on the following no. But nobody is picking up the call at any of these numbers. Almost every booking I found the delivery of gas cylinder after 40 to 50 days or more after booking. Please look into the issue & resolve the same as I am not able to make a booking.
