Please provide as I try book ticket on Redbus 04/10/ 2013. But unfortunately in the last minute transaction was failed. once again I tried, but failed again., and the amount was debited from my account., . Till now I did not get my refund and so I contacted Redbus.in Customer Care, from that day, every time they used to give me the same excuses that there is some problem in the payment gateway and you will get money today or tomorrow. It was very frustrating. Then I thought of going for filed complaint against them.much information as possible... my name subbarao [protected]

    I have tried to book a ticket from Calicut - Trivandrum for my friend Ishak by Kallada transport on 11.09.2013 through red bus using internet banking.       this is to Inform you that i had booked two tickets on www.redbus.in but i cancelled those bookings, the customer care called me and informed me to convert the discount amount to coupons but they dnt listen my words and one they have book directly and another also i told to convert into coupon bcoz refund amount they will send after 7 days but they again send it to my account present i my account money is low i depend on that amount only and again some executives are calling from my home town hyderabad and asking we are from redbus where is your home what is this sir not asking like proficient guy, i am male it is k but if in my place any lady is ther u just think this sir plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz this is not first time & they are thinking that we are in top position what this guys can do plz take action immediately thank u so much my details are

        I had cancelled my ticket on 5 Sep which I had booked from Thiruvalla to Bangalore . It is 3 weeks and I still have not got my refund of Rs2700. I have called up their customer service and every time they say they have already refunded but bank payment gateway problem. How can the bank have a payment gateway problem since 3 weeks? I will take suitable action.

          Hi, I tried booking ticket in redbus from Coimbatore to Chennai on 2nd September. The transaction failed at the last step but amount was deducted from my bank account. When I called the customer care on 2nd my cmplaint was not taken. Again i called within 2 days, i have been told refund will be initiated but it was not done. When again I called on 12th , then only the complaint was actually initiated and i have got reference no 26780298. I was told that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. It has been 12 days but the amount is not yet refunded. The customer care response regarding this whenever i called is the worst. The information is not communicated properly. Please do look into this issue.

            I had frustrating experience. I booked a bus from vashi to Shirdi from red bus. It was Volvo A/C semi slipper bus from Paulo travels (10PM from Vashi). MY PNR was 1582508. I paid Rs 1100 for that. I got a call around 7 Pm from -[protected] saying that we have two option – (When I asked about my booking he told me that was an error) (But I think it is a daily bus, because today also option is available). • A/C sleeper (With sit no 1&2 only) • Volvo sleeper This was frustrating I booked Volvo A/c semi sleeper & I am getting something else. Then I called Paulo travels & they told me you have booking for Volvo A/c semi sleeper , when I told her about call she told me she will inform in half an hour but nobody called me back. Then called to Red bus :- • His first reply I will check & inform you • Then he called me back & gave same two option • I told him ,I do not want these option then he searched other bus option for me & gave me a option of Volvo a/c sleeper at Rs 400. I told him book for me. • He came back after 15-20 min & told he cannot book that & he can cancel my ticket & initiate refund process. • But I need to go that day so, I told him I will go with a/c sleeper. This whole process took my one hour. Finally- That was result with same price:- Me & My wife not able to sleep whole night because we had seat no 1& 2 just above tyre & single axle bus. I want my whole money back & I do not know how can you compensate for my harassment & one night sleep. Please provide me relief otherwise I need to go to consumer court.

              I have booked ticket to travel from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad in VRL travels through redbus on 16th August 2013.all buses cancelled reason for samaikyandhra ...But still i din't get any refund of money...

              VRL — amount not refunded

              I was booking ticket through online .amount got deducted but the ticket was not confirmed .Again I booked the ticket through some other travel agents.But the deducted money is not getting refunded,Please help

                Hi ALL, I have very bad experiecen with REDBUS online ticket booking[Sandhya Travels]. 1. Sandhya Travels did not call me, 2. Sandhya Travels did not mention "Sandhya Travels" on the bus, 3. in my system generated bus ticket did not have Sandhya Travles contact number 4. even i trying to reach them they did not pick my call 5. and ticket amount was double. I have face very bad experience with Sandhya Travels as well as REDBUS. I have received reply from red bus is as follows Following your complaint we have investigated on the same and we have found that ''Same Boarding point has been travel in the same bus other passengers also''. We would want to inform you that Operator is not agreeing to refund the amount We don't anticipate this happening again Looking forward to serve you again We value your feedback this helps us to stay in touch with your needs and to improve our service. all mistakes has done by travel operators and Red Bus crew supporting travel operators. So Friends, I suggest you please do not book tickets online with redbus if you want please reach out the nearest agent who will take care of you.

                  I had booked ticket from Erode to bangalore vide order no 21639628 dated 12th Augest 2013 and ticket in KPN was also received after deducting Rs 900/. But subsequently I cancelled the ticket due to my personal reason the ticket was cancelled vide TIN:TF[protected].                   i book one ticket(rs. 300/-) on 9/1/2011 for Pune To Kolhapur by credit card but company debited rs. 300/- two times total 600/- i said this fact to red bus but no responce from them

                  Redbus — ticket refund

                  i had booked a ticket by redbus on 27 march but due to technical failure the money got deducted. they promised that i would get the refund in 7 days its been 16 days but i still havent got refund. each time i call them i get a new story to listen.

                    Red bus do not care about the credibility of the agents who register with them. Any unauthorized bus agent(sree maruthi travels) or anybody can simply claim to be a bus agent And can register with them. The layman who books such tickets suffers.Instead of Volvo ac, a local non ac air bus arrived 5 hours late..12 o' clock midnight instead of 8.30. Terribly bad journey which we would never like to Remember.

                      I had booked a ticket from redbus ticket no - TF9B88382396 . The boarding point was udupi bus stand at 9:55 P.M . The bus left from other location of their choice without informing . The SRS travels did not even call before leaving . I waited in bus stand and when I call they tell me the bus had left . Why did SRS travel not call me before leaving . Why does Redbus provide wrong boarding points and their travel buses dont call to inform anything . The SRS travels asked me to catch a KSRTC bus and plan for my travel .

                        DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS THROUGH REDBUS
                        DO NOT BUY TICKETS OF OMER TRAVELS AND AKBAR TRAVELS (even though it is FREE)

                        Very disappointed by the service provided RedBus. I do not even know Why RedBus even selling their tickets here online. I thought RedBus sells quality provider tickets. Please do not sell tickets of Omer Travels and Akbar Travels.
                        I purchased a ticket for Rs.2600/each from Hyderabad to Goa through RedBus. It started at 5pm in Nampally and reached Goa next day 4pm. That too bus is in bad condition no A/C no Air Suspension. Driver does not know the route to Goa, Travels does not have permit to enter Goa. He left all passengers in the middle of the town and few of ous don't even know where to go.

                        While returning back from Goa. We booked ticket through Akbar Travels Rs.2800/each Ticket. Bus supposed to start at 6pm in Goa, But bus came at 1am , 7 hours late. No quality.

                        I recommend you to withdraw OMER and AKBAR Travels from your database asap. They are . No service, No Quality, No Time sense. I don't even understand why RedBus even selling passengers their tickets.

                        Umiya Travels — No service

                        Umiya Travels surat just making people fool by giving them AC ticket. They switch off the AC after 3-4 hours. And whenver u asked to switch on then they dont listen yr complaint. Don't travel by Umiya Travels.

                          My name is Venkat, I have booked a ticket from Nellore to Hyderabad therough redbus.in in Orange Tours & Travels on 8the July, 2013(MULTI AXLE VOLVO). My date of Journey is on thee same date of booking i.e on 8the July, 2013 at 11:15 P.M. The PNR number of thee ticket is TS-RB5117206PMS/497710. But thee bus has not come at thee given time, I tried to contact thee given numbers and theere is no use of it. One has responded to thee call. I waited till 12:45 A.M on thee road trying to contact theem and thee contact details ([protected] &[protected]. I have lost thee money and thee people didn't call back nor responded. I have not travelled therough thee travels. I went straight to APSRTC bus stop and caught an SUPER LUXURY NON AC bus to Hyderabad. I have paid 900 Rs for thee travels and theough I travelled in non AC bus. It was waste of time and money. Because of theeir negligence I couldn't make to thee Office and obviously its a LOSS OF PAY FOR THE DAY. I want my compensation for thee loss of money and suffered a lot waiting for thee bus at midnight. I seriously felt very bad for my experience withe Orange Tours & Travels and thee Redbus.in website.

                          I felt Orange Tours & Travels offer good service and are responsible. I never expected theis kind of service from theem. I don't want to travel in theis Tours & Travels ever again. Very bad Travels..

                          Coming to thee redbus.in, I have complained theem about my experience and issue.                           When you book a ticket the travels must at least have a information regarding the passenger travelling on the bus.

                            This is karthikeyan from kalpakkam . On 22.06.13 i was booked a ticket from the RED BUS -Ravi travels from Chennai- Tiruchendur . In that mail written as the bus reporting time was at 10.15PM and departure time was 10.30pm and also my boarding point was Chengalpattu Tollway. I was standing there from 9.30pm onwards. Also i have been informed to that Ravi travels agent and Driver as my arraived. But they didnt stop the bus at my stop. even i have called them more than 20 times , they didn't respond me. This was hurted me a lot. Since i'm a old customer i didn't expect it from their side. Now i want refund my money.

                            Please take necessary action and do the needful.

                              My name is Noormohmed and I have booked Ticket TF5M39282288 for travelling date 16th May 2013 (attached is receipt) From Mumbai to Ratnagiri with the boarding point Thane(KTS) Teen Hath Naka(KTS). As per booking it suppose to be the boarding point at Thane (KTS) By Mukund Krupa Travels for which I paid. But services not been provided as per Information on Redbus website. When I contacted the Mukund Krupa Travels on 16th May afternoon on the contact given on the right top corner of the landline phone No.[protected] just to check the status of my ticket, one guy who attended the phone had no clue about this ticket as he replied that my system is down (I think he do not know how to operate the computer to check the ticket status). He gave the mobile number [protected] of his boss whose name is Mannu, I was surprised after hearing their answer that they have no clue about such ticket and ticket is fake. After discussing with three to four different Red Bus Customer Care executives on[protected] which is given at the bottom of the red bus ticket they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes each time I called the said landline number to check the status, At last the guy named Mr. Gopal who attended my phone gave me a contact number for Mukund Krupa Travels, Dadar Mumbai Office and I got the answer that the boarding point is Vashi Plaza not Thane(KTS). I was completely Disappointed. The guy said that we stopped operating our bus services from Thane (KTS) long time ago so contact Redbus regarding this boarding point issue. I kept calling whatever the number the redbus gave to me and I lost my money around 150 rupees from phone to calling these number with no positive reply from either side. I had two tickets booked which one passanger is a women senior citizen (age around 65 years) which she cannot travel to Vashi Plaza as there are lot many hassles for her to board the bus, and that is the reason I booked the ticket and gave the boarding point Thane(KTS) as this is the easiest boarding point for her. She had to attend her grand son's marriage function at Ratnagiri on 17th in the morning. This is the total mental harassment for the passangers, and I want to know who is responsible for all this. There is no connection in between the redbus and the travel operators. My experience was not Good at all with the RedBus as Redbus misleading and misguiding travelers. They have given wrong information on their website . God knows what would happen if the passangers go to Thane(KTS) as per the booked ticket boarding point and finally found no such bus to pick them up at the last moment. It was good that I called them just to check the ticket status otherwise the passangers was about to miss marriage function which was more important for them to attend. Though this is happening Everyday (Came to know by other passengers). Even all of the redbus Customer care executives was not able to provide me any satisfactory answer.

                              yesterday i was travelling in the bus, (visit from chandpole se sarna doongar teh jaipur ) the conductor take Rs-10 but the actual fare is Rs-8 because i am daily travelling root of gopalpura se sarna doongar.I take ticket of rs-8 daily and conductor take rupees another man but did not give ticket to him for the travell of chandpole se dadi ka phatak.so please accept this complain and solve this problem.bus no.is 5930 and dipo is vidhadharnagar dipo.

                                Today @ 11:30am purchased 3 tickets via redbus.in for indore to pune. During booking there was no pop up, message stating that this ticket will not be cancelled and refunded. To my delima onee of my ticket had to be cancelled so I called up customer service people ( don't know what service they are talking about). Customer service representative when asked about cancellation pointed me to policy which states that ticket needs to be cancelled before 24 hrs of travel. Which I said I didn't even bought it 24 hrs then how would I cancel before 24 hour's ? They jeot on repeating the same.

                                Not sure if any action is expected after sharing here.. still wanted to see .if it's worh a shot..
                                Just an update: spoke to travels guy he said if you would have taken it from our counter we could have cancelled. How ever this 24 hr policy is of the vendor.hence can't do anything. Proves that redbus is in hoarding money from citizens.

                                  This is keep to your notice that undersigned tried to Bus ticket on Red BUS web site dated[protected] to travel from nellore to hyderabad on 1st june .At the time of booking Rs.1700 has been debited from my HDFC account on[protected] ,Red BUS reference number :20882082.Unfortunately the ticket was not booked and amount was debited from my account . till date my amount was not credited to my account .When i inquired to red bus call center , they respond is very poor and giving the answer your records not found on that refrence number 20882082 .Please go through this matter and refund my amount very soon

                                  Redbus — amount not refunded

                                  I have cancelled 2 tickets which I have booked from www.redbus.in but I got refund for only 1 ticket.
                                  I booked a ticket on 13th October from Rajahmundry to Bangalore to travel on 14th October at 05:00 P.M.
                                  thats a Kesineni Travels bus. They called me on 14th October morning and intimated that the bus is cancelled due to Hud Hud Cyclone.When i asked about amount refund, they said it wil be automatically refunded, as the bus got breakdown and cancelled. when i logged in it showed the status as processed and money wil be refunded soon. Later that status disappeared. When I logged in and tried to cancel the ticket it was shown that, the refund of the money is processed and no need of cancellation. Its been 1 month and i still have not got my money(RS 1200) back.

                                    Hi All,
                                    i tried booking 3 ticket(package tour) from Bangalore to tirupathi on 23-Apr-2013 in Manish Travels through travels . But the money got deducted and the amount was not credited to my account.
                                    I did this booking trough citibank credit cards.
                                    Date of Journey :- 23/04
                                    Transaction no :- [protected] (As given by bank)
                                    Amount :- RS.5400

                                    I mailed them also in complaints section on Wed 05/22/13 8:04 PM.They provided me the ticket no :- 1091386.and told me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs.
                                    I am not able to reach them also on phone.

                                    Please do help me in this.

                                    I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FROM RED BUS AND THE OPERATOR ONLY CANCELL THE JOURNEY BUT NO ONE IS REFUNDING MY AMOUNT. REDBUS ALSO NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITES.                                       I have tried to book a ticket on 23 April 2013 from Bangalore to Nagercoil and an amount of Rs 750 was deducted from my account and because of the failed transaction the ticket was not issued to me. I raised complaint against the Redbus customer care and sent the email with my credit card bill. They issued me a ticket number [Ticket#1095066] but after that there is no response from them. I called the customer care many times but they are some reasons.
                                      I here by raise this complaint so that i can get my money back.

                                        Redbus.in : Transaction failure {No refund and no response}

                                        I have booked online ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai , due to Redbus transaction failure my amount was deducted but my ticket was not booked .Now its been 22 days , redbus have not refund back my amount of 1100 Rs .If we send a email or call to there costumer care their is no response from there end.

                                        I will advice people not to use Redbus.in for online booking , there is no organised system their transaction system is not so good and if your transaction fail you have every less chance of getting money back{transaction failure is due to there system failure but consumer have to suffer }

                                        Dear Readers,

                                        Please be aware of all or any transactions with www.redbus.in, the entire team is hunky dory until they receive their payments, when it come to cancellations and refunds they are not an organization to deal with.

                                        The have no business sense or any principles of doing business.

                                        Kindly refrain from interacting with them at any point.

                                        They are more a bane than boon to the common man

                                        Very Bad Service By Red-Bus,,First of all ,,once you book a TICKET u never know when your trip will cancel,,they just don’t bother about passengers urgency,,,,I have booked a ticket from HYD to Pune on 28th dec 2010 and the journey date was 30th dec 2010 and the agent was the worst NATIONAL TRAVELS,,Plz Plz dun trust this travel agent at all,,they canceled the bus for that day,,when I reached there office to board the bus I came to know that bus has been cancelled, they told me to contact red bus as the bus canceled by red bus, when I called red bus they told its the agent that is NATIONAL TRAVELS who cancelled the travel, THE MOST PATHETIC THING IS TILL DATE 18TH JAN 2011 THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY MONEY, I called a 100 time but they are telling that money will get credit in next 24hr,,i really don’t know which brand watch they are using that taking so long to complete 24 hr,,my ticket number was :TCDQ82923293 and pnr no :NNTMP7W23779886

                                        Hi,

                                        I have booked tickets in redbus.in orange travels, chennai to hyderabad on 24/09/2011 unfortunately i travelled earlier so i cancelled the same tickets before 20/09/2011 in redbus.in. Which accepted my cancellation and now it shows as i travelled the same date and i not getting any refund.
