[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Reliance — recharge without my permission and not responding for this

Sir,
I hv recarged my cell for life time validity and 496 (all india rim to rim free) on 10th april,
on 11th afternoon i hear computrised voice that "You have in sufficient balance please recharge your prepaid account"., when i contact to customercare i was informed that my life time recharge is activated after the recharge of 496 thats why i am facing this problem. I contact to my dealer he take reversal at 4:05pm (11th, april) and again recharge with 496.Iwas able to call for few houres at 7:30pm(11th, april) i have faced the same problem again, now the customercare associate told me that life time recharge is again done at 7:15pm(11th, april) and advised me to ask the dealer to talk at *399 (dealer customercare) he is telling that no recharge is done after 4:15 with 496.
Now dealer and the assosiate of *399 is saying to talk at *369 and customer care assosiate at *369 is saying to talk with dealer and *399.
What can i do now please tell me?
i am waiting for your responce.

Reliance — Balance reduced from prepaid currency second time

From my prepaid account balance they have deducted Rs. 90 in the previous month and Rs.120 + from this month. What the hell is going on... How can they deduct from my prepaid balance without any reason... Shameless fellows... Please take action against them immediately...

Reliance — caller tune cancelled without my concent

My caller tune which I was using for the past year was changed and no longer available .This was done without my permisiion and intimation.I would like to reset my caller tune Hey shona from the film Tara Rum Pum. Any help

Reliance Money — Money charged without my consent

1) In Reliance money there is an option of choosing a limit card, there are different options like Pr-500 which is Rs 500 and validity of 1 yr with trading of total 2 lacs. i had always opted for this option. but when the validity expired for which i wasn't intimated they charged me for a limit card of Rs 1000/- with validity of 2 months and trading limit of 1, 00, 00, 000. i dont think that any one can deduct money without the user's consent

2) I[censored]ser transfers amount from bank to reliance money account then it can be done in seconds. and if you do it the other way round it takes 3 working days. they block the amount for this period.

3) the call centre guys are rude and of no use. the reply i got for my query related to limit card (complaint 1) i was told that this is how their system (software) works and they cannot help.

4) they have revised their brokerage charges after 1 year. the user had opted this demat account only because of their lower brokerage. this is a clear case of luring people with low brokerage and then cheating.

Please take action agianst this company.

Reliance Mobile/PRepaid Service — DEduction of Money from your account without our consent by activating sms packages

Dear Sir,

I have prepaid connection No.[protected] and since subcription from post paid to prepaid services account balance from my prepaid recharge is getting reduced first of all they had activated callaer tune without my knowledge and used to deduct money .Now they have forcibally without my knowldge or consent activated three pakages of cricket sms and learning and started deducting money from my account .

Sir, this is mere cheating with people .

Please tell me how to stop this loot from reliance mobile company .

When i talked to customer care on *333 the person named Rajkiran told me that we can not lodge your compaint second time (First Complaint No.97762053 dt.17/05/2009) he told me that shaadi me aya hain kya .

Reliance — The Cheaters & Robbers - deducting money without my knowledge

This company continues to cheat its Customers by deducting money for the Mobile services not selected by the Customers. The amount of cheating is so big - you can hear these complaints when you go to any Reliance Franchisee centre. I had complained to TRAI, but they are silent – for obvious reasons. Therefore, I advice the Consumers to keep away from Reliance Mobile.

This is absolutely true.

They promised cheapest service

I invested only 30 thousands in the tenure with Reliancemoney and they have deducted 500 limit card once and 250 maintainance charge(This was not promised) and then recently in Jan my limit card date expaired and as I was not aware of their Limit card concept, So they automatically activated Rs 1000 BiMonthly charge.

Means for no Transactions---Rs 1000 for Two months.

Are they mad?
This is opportunistic approach--This wrong.

I appeal this is not fair and is not expected from Reliance.

They should stop this immediately---and should think about other proper business strategies that does not hurt costomer.

You can not hurt customer and cheat them to make profit.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

Me too had the same problem,
I called their cust care service. They are saying that i have applied for caller tune, and that's what their record says. They are given the time / date also when i applied. But i am 100% in the said time and date i was not even using my handset, and it was kept on the desk.

I strongly feel that this is a fake request made by them only and to deduct our balance, to make out more money.

Mr. Anil's organization doesn't know any other way or what to make more money??;.
I am not going to leave this just like that.

I decided to fight against this.

I also have beed deducted with Rs 30 without any request from me .Reliance authorities must attend to such cases which effect the customers faith on the service provider. A further expectation from Reliance Commmunicatin is that they will refund back the amont dected in the name of CRBT

When I tried to send message to Unsubscribe ( like this - SMS : UNSUB 1002 to 121 - Toll free number) to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message. My Reliance Mobile no. [protected], 5 years user.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

I was also sent a message regarding the same that Rs. 30 has been deducted for CRBT service. Earlier also reliance has been deducting balance for caller tunes etc., which were never specified.

I also faced the same problem. On 6th October 2009, reliance activated the CRBT service without my knowledge and they have deducted Rs 30 from my prepaid account.

I tried to unsubscribe it but the message failed.

I have been using the reliance mobile for the last 4 years and this is the 3rd time its happening.
Reliance should stop such kind of practice.

Yesterday I got a sms from reliance saying that CRBT services have been activated in my mobile and 30/-Rs deducted form my prepaid account. I am totally shocked. I didn't expect such mean things from Reliance. If they don't return back the money after sms, I will discontinue Reliance to do the least!

without my request you have to active my callertones on my mobile so many times. so we are requested to you that do't active my callertones without my request & its happeness 05 or 06 times. i already request so many time on customercare but after 1 or 2 day again you have to active this.
