[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Same with me, I didn't even use my number for 3-4 months, when yesterday I used the number, after doing recharge as there was low balance. As soon as I recharged, I got CRBT crap message, even I didn't use the number and it deducted 30/- rs. CHOR..

I am also faceing same problem I have bought reliance tab when i recharge they send me a message
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).
and i unsubscribe the service but after one day the message was again that your CRBT service is renewed and they again deducted my balance.
what the hell is this reliance i really don`t understant what they get by doing this cheating with customer .
When i contact to customer care for asking what is this service for they charge me 50 paise for call and the full time the customer care was busy and they made my balance zero iam really sick of this service dose any one please have solution.
I think we alll should take action against reliance for this cheat.

my reliance sim automatically activate crtb service not only mine my friends also...i am very disagree with reduction in my balance and its not fair this is not a right way to collect money... i request reliance to not do it. or stop such nonsense

I just had this CRBT Service activated without my concern last night, this cost me Rs 30 and i'm not really happy about this..
And then i call for Reliance Customer Care executive we talk for a while and they put me on hold for almost 15 minute, when they get back, their excused was their system were running slow and they were trying their best to solve my problem and he then said he has to put me on hold again.
at this point i got really frustrated and i just cut the line...
i'm really pissed and Reliance shouldn't do such kind of thing to their customer..

reliance prepaid mobile cellular phone service — deducted Rs 40 without permission

my prepaid mobile no. [protected]. I have got sms that I have subscribe d for beauty service and deducted Rs.30. but I have not asked anything. one week before they deducted Rs.10 for CRBT service. I am struggling for my roji roti every day but the rim people are looting my money without any comunication.

same thing they doing for me from past two months

Reliance mobile is a very bad company and no body employee and president support to customer and i am facing problem with one week and wrong balance detucted from my account when i am using tariff voucher @77 for @20 piasa/minute but detucted @50paisa/minute and i have called up many times to customer care but no any response and i have send mail also to customer and president mail address.
