[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Same thing happened to me also . . .Reliance Sucks . .

HI My name is sabari..and i got a message to mob today mrng stating dat CRBT has activated..who the hell asked to activate such nonsense things without any request of mine. and my balance got reduce of 20 Rs..without any info and subscription how those Network people can do such nonsense things..very shame on Ambani and his group..PL do credit my 20 Rs back to my mob

reliance has automaticlly activated CRBT subscription without my prior knwledge, , , reliance should nt play this kind of poor tricks with the custimers////

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.then again Rs !0 was deducted then Again Rs 30 was deducted without my consent.
when tring to connect to the customer care service they do not respond to the call

my cell number [protected] and today i have received a SMS " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICEHAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.TO UNSUBSERIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223 (TOLL FREE) on=97.253.29.164:8084" from 51234 at 16.03.201011:02:01AM, so i have never active this service, and rs.30 had been debit from my a/c balance. please look into the matter and reverce my 30 rupee...and i think that dhiru bhai ambani and anil ambani group very pooar, so they want rs.10 or 30 or 5 or other un nessary charges from every person...if you have some feeling plese reverce my Rs.30 only...

I have several times tried for unsubscribe it but massege could not sent. Please Unsubscribe my CRBT service immediate. Reliance should stop such kind of practice for making money. same man !!! reliance should be hacked... and destroy then they will get their money from hackers.

I think Reliance having worst services. They also deduct Rs 20 for their BAKWAS service without my consent and now for CRBT service.

On 3rd March i got sms from the number 51234...that is from reliance.. it ststes that:
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

Now at first instance i was really shcoked as this happend after my new recharge and that too for a service which has been renewed which i have never subscribed. And from a long time i cant even connect to reliance customer care coz it is busy all the time!!! what the hell they are doing while they are not even attending calls and solving customer grievances!!! and this is like snatching money out of someones pocket! its not stealing or cheating ... i wud say its robbery!!!
please some one tell me whether any one got any positive sign from reliance regarding this complaint!!

These Reliance Cheaters have deducted 40 Rs from my prepaid account for no cause. I did not activate the caller tune. but it activated automatically and money was deducted. I tried contating customer care, it is busy all teh time. These Rascals should be penalised. These are worser than politicians..

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

Reliance — cancellation of reliance caller tune

the request for cancellation of caller tune has been given no of times to customer care but no action has been taken since last one month.

same case in my side. i have checked my balance dt.[protected] at 10.34.45pm it's Rs. 33.42 and[protected] at 3:29:37pm i have received a message to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30 for the period of 30 Days. and then my balance is Rs.4.42 . what is this?

I dont want any kind of CRBT service, CRBT service when i am recharging with particular amount, unnecessarily my amount is deducting, Please cancel stupid CRBTservice or I will remove the sim and I will through in the Garbage or else I will go with another network. I AM DAM SERIOUS, IT'S HURTING ME...With out my permisson how can you deduct my amount...ASHOK JOHN

I am shoked when second time I received the message. I had never activated their Blady CRBT service. But they did that without my consent to grab my money. I have been receiving a message from reliance GSM 51234 conveying that your CRBT services has been activated without my consent, and my mobile prepaid balance had been deducted by Rs.10 and Rs. 20 simulteniously. When first time I received the message I have tried to unsubscribe the service as directed by Reliance but Reliance had not deactivated the service and today there is also a deduction in my prepaid balance of Rs.20. If it continues, I definitely go for consumer forum and further I shift to another celluler service provider rather than reliance. My contact No id [protected] and the Message I had received

When I send SMS "UNSUB 1003" then the reply was" Dear customer your request has been accepted. You will be intimated shortly about the status of your request." What is this Could the authority can specify that what did they mean by saying shortly is it 30day or 10 min. Ok what so ever, I would like to request the authority to immediately unsubscribe the service and add back my balance which they had deducted for there blady CRBT service.

Now I get a message from 52345 conveying that You have successfully unsubscribe from reliance caller tune services. But what about my balance?????????? Can thay gurantee that they will never do this things again. I want my balance back.
