Reliance mobile — 30 rs deducted without permission

for call tunes they have deducted my 30 rs which i have not activated now they are refusing to take my call and avoiding me saying that it is not refundable it is forcable

i agree 100%, reliance communications is a big fraud n cheater, they hav deducted my balance many a times and when i askd about it fro customer care, they say that i hv activated som services/plans.

They never refund back the money and cheating us n fooling.

i had the same problem and Rs.30 has been deducted form my balance account of phone.
Kindly look for in this regard.

The same problem for me . THe call centre guy has only one thing to say a 100 times
"The system shows you only activated. What can I do?"
Stupid response.
This is either a Fraud or a serious bug with the Reliance Problem.

Even I'm facing the same problem with my cell. From past 2 months I've been receiving messages that 30 rs has been deducted form my account for CRBT which I have not subscribed.

Even I've decided to fight this. Mr. Anil Ambani only knows how to cheat his customers out of money. When the time comes to pay back they make us raom from one place to another and in the end the money is not reverted.

When we call the customer service, Mr. Gurwinder Singh has only one answer that this was activated on your side at a time when the cell phone was switched off. He cooling refused to take a complaint against the same and also refused to let us speak to the manager and was the most unprofessional behaviour .

I really dont understand what non sense is RELIANCE doing to its customers.
I keep getting this annoying message YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.2 FOR A PERIOD OF 2 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).What??? CBRT!!! Talk to Customer care??? Naah.. Forget it!!!
Inspite of being the ANUS in terms of Customer Service and Network.
They practice cheating their customers with unfair means. I'm sure they must be already making a lot of money even only with this stupid CBRT service.(99% of the customer would not know what CBRT is)

This is not justified. I stongly feel an online group must be formed to stop this.
Ambani needs to hear his customer greivances!!!

On 5th November 2009, reliance activated the CRBT service without my knowledge and they have deducted Rs 30 from my prepaid account.
Mr. Anil's organization doesn't know any other way or what to make more money
They are cheating people and making money

Try sending sms UNSUB 1003 to 155223 for unsubscription.
(121 is no longer active)

Same with me happened it is clear cheating with consumers. it also had set a caller tune which i dont like for my number. now at last i have to switch to another company leaving reliance.

Even I have received a message that CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30 for a period of 30 days. The service has also been renewed last month and they had sent the same message to me. I don't know when they have activated this service that too without my consent. My mobile No.is [protected].

It happened the same with me today on 11th of Nov, 2009,

Reliance is just a cheat! The renewal of CRBT service did not ask for my consent, and Rs.30 were deducted from my prepaid balance. When I tried to unsubscribe from this pack, the reply was that such type of pack does not exist! This is just a cheat and similar incidents have occurred with me a couple of times. I am switching to Vodafone!

Reliance has done same things to me as well.

I have heard lots of about your ("consumer complaints") in advertisement. If you will not take any kind of step then how can we trust on you because you are representing India's consumer. If you are not going to take any kind of steps towards reliance then you should stop such kind of consumer complaints.

even i have the same problem ...they deduct 30 bucks every month without my consent ... i tried to unsubscribe this by sending msg but i could not delivered ...
