[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent and deducted Rs30 from my prepaid account.This is complete cheating with the customer.They are looting everyone by activating CRBT service.We should take an action against RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.

Will there be any justice done to take on these giants.

Same happened to many of my friends and me too... this is serious concern.

We suggest to through all the sim on their face... also we have good equivalent plans with Loyal Provider's.

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

Reliance Mobile — service subscribed and money taken from prepaid account without my knowledge

reliance are the biggest thieves in mobile business.I have had three unauthirised charges of Rs90 from my mobile in the last 10 days.they call by different numbers each time and each time i pick up the call a different service is subscribed and rs30 is deducted from the account.i have called the customer care many times but either the tenth std failures dont understand otherwise they refuse to do anything or give wrong information to the customer.I would like to register a complaint againts Reliance cdma services.The people i talked to were named ROY whom i talked on 22ng August and Dharmendra whom i talked on 29th august,the complaint number i got from reliance is[protected].I had already activated the Do Not Disturbe Service still i am receiving these calls.

me too got the same ...wat the hell these reliance management is doing even though the customers are facing the same issuse for last 1 year...
why they activated this CRBT service without my confirmation...really messed up!!!...

This has come as a shock for me too - today I saw the same SMS that Rs 30 has been deducted from my pre-paid balance stating that "Your subscription to CRBT Service has been Renewed at Rs 30 for a period of 30 days." What I fail to understand is that first of all I never subscribed to such a service and secondly how could they deduct money without my consent or prior intimation. When I tried to un-subscribe following the instructions mentioned in the SMS I got a reply from 91-[protected] - "No Default Configured". This is pure cheating and should be denounced strongly.

I too had a similar experience today after recharging my mobile 2 days back. I saw Rs 60 was deducted from my account and later found the message that "Your subscription to CRBT Service has been Renewed at Rs 30 for a period of 30 days." I had unsubscribed for this service 2 months back when I had recieved a similar message. I have decided to get rid of this Reliance connection and go for some other company service to avoid further loss.

When I tried to send message to Unsubscribe ( like this - SMS : UNSUB 1002 to 121 - Toll free number) to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Yes, it is right. My complaint is same. My mother got a message that your subscription is activate for CRBT. Reliance deducting money Rs.30/- for every month. I send a message to unsubscribe, but message has failed. This is looting to poor person. She is old lady, she do know to use CRBT facility. And till date she did not use this facility. Govt. should take some legal action on this.

since last two months, Rs 30 were deducted from my prepaid account balance for CRBT service. They activated this service without my consent and when i spoke to customer care to stop this service, they said the process to be followed & i did the same.but in spite of this, amounts are being deducted from my a/c.
I do not know what type of word should i use for them. This is just like snatching money from pocket rather u can say it robbery.
Earnin money may be a terget for life but the way in which Anil Ambani uses such a cheating process.

On 28th October i got a message from reliance that YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 10 FOR A PERIOD OF 10 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

When i tried to connect to customer care, the customer care executive told that technical updation is going on so they can't provide any information. When i asked the executive to take a complain he replied that due to technical updation he can't ever register a complain.
This is a kind of robbery. It seems that reliance has developed a habit of making money like this.

I have faced the same thing happen on my mobile no.[protected] on 30th Oct. 2010.
It becomes very painful by knowing that so many people are openly cheated already and there is no legel way to put that issue on a fair platform.
We can easily consider that as per above complaints, we are those few person can able to write our complains at this website but there could be many educated and uneducated persons with facing the same problem and carrying a big irritation into their mind.
I am facing these kinds of fraud problems on my reliance no. From last 6 -7 months. On an average 50 to 70 Rs per month or per recharge have been deducted from my balance with the reference of CRBT service, Hello tone (some time twice in a month), Voice chat, Khel khel main Service and many more VAS.
Now I am fully packed and ready to burst against this issue. I could not let them to take my earnings into this way.
I am really sorry for my words, but it seems very serious issue at the time when I meet many uneducated persons, are earning 150 to 200 Rs. Per day on whole day hard work, feeling helpless and sad against these kinds of issues. Plz help us out.
