[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

WHEN IAM TRYING TO SEND THE CRBT UNSUB 1003 SMS, IT IS NOT ABLE TO SEND THE MESSAGE, LASTMONTH IT WAS DEDUCTED RS.20/- IN MY PREPAID ACCOUNT WHEN I SAW THE SMS I HAVE TRIED FOR UNSUB SMS TO 155223 IT WAS NOT SENT, TODAY JUST NOW I GOT THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL MESSAGE FOR MY MOBILE AND IT WAS DEDUCTED THE RS.20/-, NOW BALANCE WAS RS. 1.37 SOME THING CHANGE, SO PLEASE RATIFY MY PROBLEM AND KINDLY TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION AND REFUND MY BALANCE TALK TIME AMOUNT.

Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I received a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 10 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.They deducted balance for their BAKWAS CRBT service without my consent.I think Reliance having worst services.

When I send SMS "UNSUB 1003" then the reply was" Dear customer your request has been accepted. You will be intimated shortly about the status of your request."

This type of cheating does not speak well for a reputed organization of Reliance.

It is very annoying. The same has happened to me for my callertune also and i have been LOOTED 2 days back.

Add back my balance which was deducted for your bloody services..i[censored] have feeling add my Rs.6/- balance only as soon as possible...my number is [protected]

my cell number [protected] and today i have received a SMS " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.10 FOR A PERIOD OF 10 DAYS.TO UNSUBSERIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223 (TOLL FREE) on=97.253.29.164:8084".Rs 10 Has been deducted from my balance, is this not a cheating with the customer by such esteemed organization, i mean Relaince Communication(GSM Services). I would like to request the concerned authority kindly look into the matter & add back my balance to my balance.Thanking you,

I had availed for a caller tune service.They deducted 40 rs from my prepaid account stating that the subscription amount was rs.30 and rs.10 for the tune loaded.Fine even that is acceptable. After a day, i'm receiving a SMS stating that the CRBT service has been renewed for Rs.30 for the period of next 30 days.i was wondering what the hell is CRBT.Something has to be done regarding this matter. Reliance Communications cannot device such unauthorized means to invest money.

I would like to raise the issue with this forum.My Reliance no is [protected] on which Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.This is a kind of cheating.

I also have beed deducted with Rs 30 without any request from me .Reliance authorities must attend to such cases which effect the customers faith on the service provider. A further expectation from Reliance Commmunicatin is that they will refund back the amont dected in the name of CRBT

Yes the same thing happened to me also and I lost Rs. 60 as I lost Rs.30 two times. As soon as I recharged my cell within 12 hours I lost my balance. This is really very frustating and irritating. This is a mean way of making money by Reliance and when I am trying to unsubscribe this unwanted service I am unable to send sms. Now I am going to stop this company's service but prior to it I want all my money back.

reliance communication is very very worst communication company...they are activate crbt service with out my permission... and 30 rs deducted from my blance... and then that also not working properly. one time hearing song and another many time hearing ring only. crbt service is waste... always hearing ring only... then reliance network also waste always the signal strength is nill in my mobile...they are very very very cheater and worst company...

hi i have same problem of crbt .i received THE MASSAGE THAT CRBT ACTIVATE AFTER RECHARGING AND AND I NEVER APPLIED FOR THAT AND DEDUCT RS 30 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION EVEN I NOT USE MY RELIANCE PH LAST I YEAR THOGH WHEN I RECHARGE EVERY MONTH RS 30 HAD DEDUCTED. IT CANT DO WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION.
I STRONGLY COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE FOR THAT ACTIVITY.

On 22nd july i got sms from the number 51234...that is from reliance.. it ststes that:
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

IT IS TOTAILY WITHOUT MY CONCENT.
MY NUMBER IS [protected].

SUCH TYPE OF DEDUCTION HAD BEEN DONE ONCE BY RELIANCE BEFOR.

Me too suffered a same problem, that is activation of CRBT services,
and when i called customer service they don't even receive the call
its really too bad that such reputed company is trying to bluff the customers

Bastrds took my money also. Spit on their faces for doing sumthing sooo cheap. THU THU. . Lets all leave RELIANCE. only then will they understand what it actually is!

The same thing happend with me also. Last saturday I got a message, that too 6.00 am in the morning, that CRBT services has be activated in my pre paid number which I never asked for and my Rs 30 has been deducted. Also, out of the blue caller tune charges was also levied on me for Rs10.

This is HIGHLY DISGUSTING and CHEAP act which Reliance Communication is doing to make money.
Moreover its customer care executives are highly unco-operative.

When I tried to send message to Unsubscribe ( like this - SMS : UNSUB 1003 to 121 - Toll free number) to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message. My Reliance Mobile no. [protected].

I also cheated by reliance by debiting money from my account as CRBT service renewal.

I also cheated by Reliance by same CRBT charges deducted on renewal of this service, which I never asked for.
