[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Today i had a talk with Umesh one of the customer care exce...of reliance...He promised me tht i am gng to get my 30/- back in 2 days...with reference to Request No.[protected].
If it is not gng to get back my money in 2 days...

I will Conculde Reliance comm is really an ...

Even i faced the same problem ! Mine was activated too without my consent and 30/- deducted from my balance. I can't even send the message and unsubscribe it. My no. is [protected]

Reliance Is a big company, mother[censored] . did with me.

On 11th Feb 10:19 AM; I got sms from the number 51234...that is from reliance.. it ststes that:

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).

Now at first instance i was really shcoked as this happend after my new handset change and first new recharge and that too for a service which has been renewed which i have never subscribed.

Reliance customer care : This is like snatching money out of someones pocket! its not stealing or cheating.

please some one tell me whether any one got any positive sign from reliance regarding this complaint!!

I would like to raise the same issue. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance GSM has deducted money from my accounts nearly 4 times now since jull for CRBT. Each time i unsubscribe, it says its successfull and next time it just reactivates it without my consent. Its just irritating when your balance just goes in the air without you actually teling the service. I hope Reliance ends up in HELL.

Ya..today same this happen with me...how can such deputed company do this with there customer.

On 18th feb same sms i got regarding renewing of dis CRBT service...
the sms stated:
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).
i dnt kno evn watz dis CRBT...n wen did i subscribe it for which they are renewing...soon aftr a rechrge of 55 dey deductd 11 rs. for 1 paisa sms which i wz also nt subscribed for..and d vry next day..dey deductd 30 rs...
Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money...

Reliance is doing mean acitivities for generating money.every month unnecessary ringtone & deduction of rs30 from prepaid account

I am also a victim of this CRBT policy of Reliance. It is really offending. Can anyone tell me if the money comes back to our account even after complaining.

In my Reliance mobile No.[protected] I received a SMS that "Your Subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/- for a period of 30 days" To unscribe SMS. UNSB1003 TO 155223."
