[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

my Reliance mobile number is [protected]. CRBT is activated without my consent since last six months. I have tried unsub 1003 for cancel but it has never deactivated and my balance is continuously being reduced since they deducted Rs.30, Rs.20 and Rs.10 so many times. I am fed up with this. Plz help me out of this situation since the reliance company customer care is not responding and giving me the relief.

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service & Caller tone service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and You are subscribed to the caller tunes service and Rs 30 for CRBT & Rs 30 for callertunes was deducted from my Prepaid Account Balance.
Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money. So plz look into the matter as soon as possible. but its not only the matter of 60 Rs but these type of activities are unfavourable for relience. Now at first instance i was really shocked as this happend after my new recharge and that too for a service which has been renewed which i have never subscribed. And from a long time i cant even connect to reliance customer care coz it is busy all the time!!! what the hell they are doing while they are not even attending calls and solving customer grievances!!! and this is like snatching money out of someones pocket! its not stealing or cheating ... i wud say its robbery!!!
please some one tell me whether any one got any positive sign from reliance regarding this complaint!!

Same here. I too received the similar sms stating that my CRBT Subscription has been renewed which I never subscribed and don't even know what is CRBT. Is this Dhirubhai Ambani's legacy, that RELIANCE should thrust a service which the Subscriber has never asked for and effectively steal money from his pocket.

I am also faced the similar type of problem. I didn't requested for the caller tune. But i got message as "your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days, to unsubscribe SMS UNSUB 1003 to 155223( Tool free)".

Here there are 2 issues.

1. They deduct amount from my account with out my permission and also with out any request from me.
2. They have given number to unsubscribe, but that is not working.

I spoken to customer care. I argued for 25 minutes to register a complaint. They have taken as a feed back and the feedback reference is : [protected]

But they didn't take this as a complaint. I start recording the interaction with them, after that they register a complaint that the subscriber wants to repay the amount. Also given the complaint no too :[protected]

I received the complaint no through the SMS and it is saying 48 hours to resolve the issue. Waiting to resolve the issue. If they didn't repay the amount, i am planning to go the consumer court.

reliance has cheated me, , coz i've not activated ny CRBT SERVICE, , , AND I GOT A MSG, , IT ALL ABOUT ACTIVATION OF CRBT., and it deduct my balance of rs 30...

This is totally stupid thing I ever saw in my life. Neither we can ignore nor we can accept, totally disgusting.
Since this is my first experience with Reliance service and it is totally bad!!

On 13 of march 2011 I got a message from Crbt Service that An activation Charges of Rs 30 has been deducted from my acount for 30 days.I was socked and write a message ...TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMSUNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE).But when I want to unsubscribe this from my No.I am sending the message given by the CRBT.But the message can't be sent.What can I do?If it happens again I can Stop my Reliece Service any time.So Please take quick action against my complain

reliance is an company. i received this sms then rs 30 was deducted from my main balance. i hate such kind of earning system. don't try to apply this process without any request.

I was also shocked to see that CRBT service was activated on my mobile w/o my consent An amount of Rs 30 was deducted without my knowledge . This is unlawful & unfair trade practice by Rcom.

I would like to raise the same issue with this forum as I have receive the similar message from Reliance and cut Rs 30 from my Prepaid Account balance. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent.

Reliance should find better ways to make money but not such fraud activities. I will approach consumer court if it doesn't solve my problem soon.

i m have the same problem and also ur customer care no *333 is always busy and also it charge 0.50re/min which others doesnt do but 1st tell me hw come i get off with this crbt service

Reliance connection — CRBT service activated without my consent

i hereby am lodging a complaint against RELIANCE CELLPHONE SERVICE PROVIDERS in BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. from the last 4 months, CRBT services are getting activated in my phone without my consent and that amount of money is deducted from my account every 2-3 days. i have tried to lodge a complaint at customer care but no steps have been taken regarding it.
i want 'WHOM SO EVER CONCERNED' to look into this matter asap, as am not the only one suffering. its the problem with many.
reliance should stop doing this cheap activity in INDIA, to create money out of people.

Reliance Communication Ltd — Automatically activate CRBT services

Last month I deactivated my CRBT services( Caller Tune services), but again this month reliance communication/reliance webworld ltd has activated CRBT services(caller tunes serives) on my reliance cdma mobile number without my permission and without inform me and they have deducted amount from my reliance cdma balance.
This is happening with many of reliance user but there is no response from reliance services provider.

i have recently received a msg that your crbt service is activated for next 30 days and also my rs. 30 is detected in to my account but i cant understand that what is crbt service i never activeted this service and also customer care is not received my phone... really reliance is cheeter

on 12.4.2011 Reliance activated the CRBT Service Without my Knowledge and they have Deducted rs 20 from my account &Custumar care not Recceved my phon.i Request plase reefund my money Rs 20 and Unsub Crbt service.thankyou

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CRBT ? DAMN IT!!!
reliance must atleast inform the customer about the service before and what is the use of this service?
what is the fullform of this service? how is it used? why it is being charged without customers consent!!
With this kind of behaviour, customers must strictly stop using any reliance service. i quit!!! I AM NOT GOING TO USE RELIANCE ANY FURTHER...AND WILL NOT LET OTHER USE!!
