[Resolved]  Reliance/CRBT — CRBT Service invoked without my consent

I QUIT USING RELIANCE ! ! !...

I AM NOT GOING TO USE RELIANCE ANY FURTHER... AND WILL NOT LET OTHER DO THE SAME!!!

ITS A REQUEST TO ALL FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE STOP USING RELIANCE SERVICES.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO TREAT THEM BEST!!!

I also have beed deducted with Rs 30 without any request from me .Reliance authorities must attend to such cases which effect the customers faith on the service provider. A further expectation from Reliance Commmunicatin is that they will refund back the amont dected in the name of CRBT my cell no:[protected]

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service.
I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money otherwise I will shift to other Network provider.

Reliance always do this and i[censored] ask them, then they said that we receive a request from your side. CRBT & voice pack are the main packs which are generally get activated.

its creating a great problem...

i also support you strongly because i was also victim of reliance and my amount was deducted badly by crbt service. this service is provided without my consent. These reliance rascals should not come down to this level. such big corporate face value is there for reliance. what is the use of this silly tricks to grab money instead better beg on the roads to avoid this kind unhappiness from the customers.

It’s really pathetic that a company like "Reliance Communication" which has image of person "Dhirubhai Ambani " is doing such miserable things to deduct charges for a service which consumer never subscribed or, requested.

The amount deducted is secondary thing, its equivalent a theft from one's pre-paid.
I too received a message saying that "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS" and Rs30 was deducted from my pre-paid account. These act definitely lose the credibility & reliance may lose its customers too (though it would just one less from million of subscriber data-base but Reliance should not forget that the current count is build with individual joining). Reliance should check for technical error at their end responsible for such incident.

It may be just Rs30/= which many people may think is not worth fighting BUT I strongly feel that it’s a case of virtual theft and I wish that everyone takes these incidents strongly and complain to customer care & even forward such incident to TRAI who has done lot of good things for end users for Telecom segment.

Same has happened to me today. I have lodged a complaint with Nodal officer and appelate officer of my region. Lets see what happens.

Reliance — Activation of services without my confirmation and charges deducted from my prepaid account.

Myself Mr Ram Naresh Prasad having reliance mobile prepaid connection ( [protected] ).
For Your Information reliance activate one service or other on my number and accordingly
deduct the charges from my account without any confirmation from my side. They do it quite
frequently and every time i have to raise the issue to their complaint center where they some
times refund my deducted amount and somtimes not. I have already activated DND then how
these things are happening. Today dtd 25th may 2011 also reliance activated some music to
my number and deducted INR 30 from my account and again self raised the complaint
( complain No :[protected].
Sir, Kindly initiate some hard & punitive actions against such activity as such companies
are trying to fool innocent customers forcefully.

Reliance — Activation of CRBT Service without my knowledge

Reliance has activated CRBT Service without having subscribed by me for the same. I have received a SMS ( Mob no. [protected]) on 12.11.2011 that "Your Subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/- for a period of 30 days" To unscribe SMS. UNSUB 1003 TO 155223.(toll free).
Although I have sent a sms for unsubscribing the same- it is not good practice on the part of Reliance to collect money like this. This is simply cheating.

I would like to inform you without my request you have active My feeling services and Cell VP MastiRang on my mobile ([protected]) and other services so many times.so we are requested to you that do not active any services without my request & its happeness 07 or 08 times. i have already request so many time on customercare but after 1 or 2 day again you have to active this

I would like to raise the same issue with this forum as I have receive the similar message from Reliance and cut Rs 30 from my Prepaid Account balance. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent.

Dump Reliance, thats the easiest and surest way of giving their deceiving tactics a befitting response - I am doing it. They believe they are too huge a giant to bother about customers.

same thing happened with me, i recieved a same message CRBT has been activated and Rs 10 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance. what is the customer care of reliance can't we bang them or drag to consumer court, if they deduct money from only 100 people a day, how much do they earn unnecessarily.

I have cancelled my caller tunes, I cancelled, but again i have came sms for CBRT, and automatically cut my balance 30 Rs without any subscribe, How it is possible.
Cut my balance two times within month, it was so irritating, I want to change my number from reliance, So u tell me sugession, is it right or not, Please Provides the right services.

same problem as all of you. btb my msg o[censored]nsub 1003 to 155223 was delivered.my bal was also cut by them...shame on reliance for such cheating

just call the 22622 and follow the voiceprompt.
You will b succesfull 100%

My account is also deducted with Rs30 for CRBT service i never needed. Pls let me know how to unsubscribe and get my talktime back into account.
