The couriers did not come to pickup a lot and after putting in the fake reason, they cancel my pickup.

I raised a return request to the Simsim of my product with a condition that quality issues the same has been approved by the simsim and seller as well. But the pickup person is not accepting the product by saying if brand mismatch i will not accept the same.
It has been happening multiple times, the seller is requesting for pickup and your wishmaster is not accepting the same even many fake remark mentioned They closes the pickup...

Scam - cash on delivery taken for wrong product delivered

Re the AWB number[protected].
It was a Cash on delivery order, please tell me the details of your executive who has paid the cash to the Sender along with the details of the sender.

It is a scam and I am sure DELHIVERY is part of it.

I am awaiting a suitable response from your end else I would have to reach out to relevant forums.

He would not come to pick me up and put a fake region and cancel my pickup.

Sir, I bought a product from Sim Sim. I had put it on the return as well but the delivery courier did not get my pick up. the wishmaster pick up is canceling me again and again. Did not even call me. Did not even call and did not contact me and by putting fake reason repeatedly canceling my parcel of mine।
I also spoke to the simsim company and the company said yes to my pick up and they put the pick up on their side and the pick...

Courier is canceling my return by putting a lot of fake region

Sir the courier does not come to pick up and fakes remarks and says that I did not give the pick up, but I do not come to pick up and sir I called very often. Those people but also disconnect the phone and say that sir, we will not be able to pick up. Cancel my pickup everyday.I also contacted him and I also have a call recording of him, but those people are not picking me up.
I have also contacted the company but the company is not...

Misbehaving and unprofessional staff

Highly Inefficient and Dissatisfaction Guaranteed

Being a courier/ logistical support service company, they should have factored in the need for a dedicated helpline number which is pivotal for competing in the industry they part of.
Either they should not expand beyong their reach to take in massive corporate shipments valued well beyond their service expertise, or they should pull up thier socks and deliver.
They have no clear or direct means of communication with human touch,...

Delhivery is exposing sellers personal details to other sellers

I have serious data privacy issue related to your first mile delhivery portal i.e fm.delhivery.com. If I login to fm.delhivery.com as client I could see other seller's details like personal address, phone numbers everything. That means my details also exposed to other sellers as well. My Personal data should not be exposed to others sellers. I should see my data only. Kindly take serious necessary action as early as possible without fail....

Shipment not received

A parcel was booked for me by Ms. Baidyanath of Calcutta vide tracking no.[protected]. On tracking it shows that the shipmnent is deamaged. I wrote to Delhivery and they have asked me to contact you.

My package is not delivered but status is marked as delivered

AWB[protected] is tracking number. Though package is not delivered I received a message that its delivered on 11th Dec. I've raised query using customer care immediately but there is no response till now....

Delivery agent not delivering my parcel at doorstep

Not delivered and no updates for my package

In their website, it is a complete useless option to have schedule a delivery time; while on my shipment delivery date; there is no response regarding package delivery and package status is "not yet out for delivery"; in WhatsApp tracking it says " package shall be delivered on my scheduled date and time, which is a day before no idea what is the use of that WhatsApp package tracking function also. And in support email "we will contact you...
