No update regarding the order

This is regarding my order with tracking I'd [protected]. I was suppose to receive my order on 20th of February but their seems to be no update regarding my order on the website. I am using my phone number to get the update which I think is not linked with the order. I have tried calling the customer care but due to complex system I am not able to reach out to them regarding the order. Now the website is just postponing the day of delivery...

Return Parcel not received and status shows delivered

Order status is delivered but did not receive anything

My friend ordered some items from Giva and while ordering she entered wrong contact number which was changed later. Delhivery shared the AWB number which is showing status as delivered but I did not receive anything.
Now no one is responding. Please help...

Regarding AWB#21177610112416 delay...

I am suppose to get a trolley bag sent by Larsen and Toubro group as a gift, Regarding which I got the OTP on 1st Feb 2023 for delivery and delivery person called and told me in evening that it will be delivered by 2nd Feb 2023 Morning (Parcel is in Sewri which is only 3 Km away from my place), after which I was waiting for 2 days but parcel did not come so, raised a ticket in delhivery portal mentioning all the details. Packet not picked and now not refunding money

On 13 february i booked a parcel which consisted of documents regarding an application form and as the last day was near i booked an express delivery and paid online for the same. The pick up slot given to me was between 7am to 7 pm... I waited and waited but nobody came for the pick up and i panicked as it was a question of my career and it was a very important document. Regarding non delivered parcel

I lost my phone number which was used while providing the address. But my adress was very clear and everyone in my locality knows me very well. If the delivery person tried to deliver the product I would have easily got my product even without contact number. There is no customer care number or support contact. Now the product is getting returned to seller. Now I have to pay extra money for reshipping. I want a companion, Apology as well...

Delivery keeps on getting delayed

It's been more than a week that I haven't got my delivery. Every day it shows your order is out for delivery for some reason it gets undelivered. Same is going on for 5 days . Very disappointed.!!...

Not sending refund for extra changes after reminding them 4-5 times

For 500 grams parcel .i have submitted proof for both weight and dimensions and it's been accepted by the concerned team. but they are not sending refund. I have been chasing from 18th. 0 work has been done.
Client service is bad, only mail communication, no live chat with account managers.

Missing items and extra payment and non responding behaviour of company

Sent a parcel through delhivery services and it got few missing items.I paid 200/- which includes extra rupees for in case parcel got missing. Package showing delivered but isn't

My AWB is [protected]. Initially, package was showing OUT FOR DELIVERY for 2 days continuously but couldn't delivered. Reason was showing that person not available at home. When I complained it suddenly showed that package delivered at 08:15 PM on 5th Feb. But it was never delivered. Since than I have raised query thrice but got mail only from Delhivery people mentioning that they will come back on the query. Still in portal it is showing...

Orders Showing in Third Party shipping

Recently, I have started a business with the name of Famous1.in and decided to ship my products with Delhivery courier and order are also started coming and showing the dashboard in pending order section but my 3 orders automatically disappear from the pending orders section and now it is showing in Third Party Shipping and when I checked there it is showing that order has been shipped and I haven't done anything.

Product on hold

My 2 orders to tracking status are showing as on hold(destination unable to receive). I have sent mail and they just reply same for all the 3 mails that your box of happiness will be delivered soon. 10th Feb was delivery date But it's changed to 12th Feb.
