Misbehaving and abusal by a Delhivery delivery boy.

To Delhivery,
I have ordered some medicine and on the Apollo 247 pharmacy app and on today I received some calls from courier delivery boy and when I asked for home delivery first he refused by saying that i have to go to his given address and take the courier myself, and when I asked him that for home delivery he started missbehaving and continuously abused me wrong words again and again then, when I dropped the call, he was aggressively...

Urgent request for delivery

My parcel is supposed to be delivered 4 days back but is being delayed, the parcel is in Hyderabad itself and the website is not being updated since 2 days

Product not yet delivered by delhivery

I booked a parcel one month ago. But, till now i haven't received any update about it's whereabouts. They are not even giving any proper reply after raising a ticket. I have never faced such disappointing service....

Delay in the delivery

[protected] This is my tracking id. I placed an order from zara on 6th of july and it reached the location on 9th of June. It’s a prepaid parcel of₹5200. It’s in the city since 5 days and they are not delivering the parcel. It’s the worst and pathetic courier service. Even after raising multiple queries they don’t reply. No calls nothing. Don’t know where to contact. They are frauds and thieves. Have read multiple complaints...

Missing package and no response

I had delivered my package through delhivery on 5th of july from Bangalore

I received a package on 11th of july, i received a wrong box with my AWB number stuck on it. The box is not mine. They exchanged my package with someone else. My package had to and from addresses written on it. It had name and phone numbers as well. I have been mailing them since...

I made a new order on Delhivery Direct website.
After entering all details I choose payment method as Paytm UPI.
I paid but it is not reflected on their website.
Money is deducted but payment status is pending on their website.\

Payment related issue

Payment was deducted via Paytm when delhivery sent me the payment link.
But the payment was not received by delhivery's end.

Also there is no customer case number or any ticket-raising system as well on the delivery website or mobile app. so raise this concern

Kindly look into the matter and help me....

Product Has Not Been Delivered Yet!

Packaged return without contacting me

Hi, I am extremely feeling unsatisfied and annoyed as whenever my courier is sent to me through Delhivery, no once trying to deliver the production and returning the same without delivery even without contacting me. There no option to connect to the delivery agent nor the customer care number is getting through mentioned on the website. Payment deducted twice but order not confirmed

Why my product/ Parcel is not picked up

I registered myself on Delivery on 9th July 2022 and was told that my parcel will be picked on 11th July 2022, payment for Express delivery was done on the same day but the packet was not picked on 11th of July.
After number of request from my side there was no response from there.
Just want to ask one thing if they can't pick and deliver my parcel on time then what is the use of Express charges.???
Kindly refund my money...

Items missing from courier

I booked a courier pickup on may 19 for a courier from noida to punjab
i packed the parcel myself with clothes dryfruits and apple airpods in it
when the courier was delivered some clothes and the apple airpods were missing and the packaging for changed
i even did an insurance in advance to avoid any such situation
but ended up having the worst experiance...

My awb no 1091236103080 delivery courier not get delivered from.past 10 days

I send the courier around 2 weeks ago from chennai to port blair. But couriers dint reached the destination till now.they are not available in phone also..its Very urgent to reach there...because it is a medicine for cancer patient but no response from your when ever I track the status it's showing the same status...Very disappointed with service. 😡😡😡😡

Not received 4 return (rto)

It's showing that my 4 return delivered but i didn't get any return or otp for receiving those returns it's happened before and again this happened to me twice. If there is any solution please provide me one....

Rescheduled delivery without consent

Delhivery has been sitting on my courier since 9 July. They have not been responding to complaints and kept on delaying the date everyday as per their convenience. Pathetic oversight by management.

Delay in Delivery of Courier

My courier with tracking ID[protected],[protected]
Why is it taking so long to deliver, as the ETD was 4th July, and it's stuck at the same place from last 8 days, I also visited the warehouse on 6th and 8th July, but they don't even talk to us, the warehouse manager Krishnan Majumdar (Cnt - [protected]) is so rude, he don't even pickup the calls and has also blocked me on whatsapp.
There isn't any toll free number of Delhivery...
