Feb 10order reached destination but till now not delivered almost 5 days done but daily when I was tracking simply it shows it will deliver today but no one is calling, need immediate help to get it as soon as possible...

I sent a parcel from chennai to Hyderabad on 31st Jan 2022, since 8 days passed, the parcel was not delivered. So I cancel the order and return to origin. Since 5 days, the parcel is not delivered yet. It’s around 15 days. Please check whether my parcel is available or not and send it to origin asap....

I have got the shipment order from from delhivery which supposed to receive to my address one week before but day by day it's getting pushed its all most 6 extra days over with out reaching customer for delivery they updating them self the delivery status that customer is not available or unable to connect where not received single from them...

The product reached the final destination which is hyderabad by febraury 6. today is feb 11 and till now i didnt receive my parcel. they say "destination unable to receive". not even a call or anything. Cant find their phone number and neither do they reply to the tickets raised. I wonder whether my product is there or lost. my order number is

My parcel tracking ID ([protected]) has reached my hometown Hajipur, Bihar on 6th Feb 2022 but it is still not delivered to me till 9th Feb 2022.
I have raised a complaint on their official website (delhivery.com) with ticket number[protected] but they haven't responded yet.

The worst part is they don't even provide any contact number on their website to contact the delhivery executive of that area....

My AWB number is[protected]. It's been pending for around 15 days and my receiver never received any calls every time I submit a request a lame reply we tried and requested a call for the last 10 days so that I can get the details, never received any calls nor any updates. I will go to the consumer FORUM next if my order is not delivered or receive any calls, I will sue you guys for making the payment and then go away with my packaging...

Worst service. My orders get cancelled automatically. Irresponsible staff, truly don't work properly I don't know in a delivery company if they don't deliver goods what the use?

All my packages go back, and they cancelled my orders without informing me.
Such a shameless work. No response no calls from delivery agents, no use...

I'm from Hyderabad Telangana.
This complaint is about the delivery team that is responsible for delivering to my area. ( Malkajgiri, secunderabad, telengana) Malkajgiri branch.

The team is the worst team. None of my orders come to me. They don't even deliver my orders. They themselves return my orders back to the company without notice.

The team head of Malkajgiri branch. Is useless . No proper communication....

This is one of the most highly unprofessional courier service one could have. I have been following up with one company Urbanic who uses Delhivery courier services for delivery and reverse pick up. Its been over 15 days since they have not been able to get the products picked through their agent who are themselves hate picking up any bulk items. Every 2 days I get a message that a person would be coming for reverse pick up but neither any...
