I booked my parcel from securement.in on March 1, 2022, and it was handed by Delhivery courier. On March 3, 2022, at 6:47 p.m. I received a text message stating that my order had been delivered, but I did not receive any orders from Delhivery on that day. AWB[protected]. Thia is my AWB number. My package is not delivered by Delhivery. Its a paid order. It was suppose to be delivered on 1st. I have raised numerous complaints to them however they fail to respond or update anything. They are neither returning the product back to the vendor so thta they can initiate the refund. Since 26th the product is lying in their warehouse as per the update in their website, and they are unable to deliver....

Im suppose to get replacement boat ear phones through delhivery. This is the tracking no :[protected]. Im not able to track it now.

Amazon was arrange my return pickup through delhivery, AWB :-[protected]

Sir we work with meesho and we didn't receive many of our return and rto shipments we contact many times delivery boy and hub manager but no benefit or clear response how can we work or trust with like this and if we didn't receive our return who is responsible for our losses...

My name is jibran majid mir i’m for srinagar kashmir. On 25th feb i placed a shipment order[protected] from srinagar pre paid to surat gujarat throught air. I met a guy name Aqib near india post office polo view sgr where he offered me to delivey my parcel within 3 says. Today is been 8 days my parcel is still in transit at pampore sgr. Everything i ask them about the status they say sir please wait will check then there is no response....

Hi,
Am Venkatesh from Naraboina gudem, Nalgonda dist. Telangana 508244.
Delhivery courier service has received my item and they even didn't came to my address but i have followed up with them even though they didn't responded properly, not delivered and returned the item.
Now they are talking vulgarly and behaving irresponsible way.
Could you please help with this?

The delhivery courier people have said they made an attempt to deliver my order but though they had two contact numbers they didn’t call on either of them.If they couldn’t find the location they should have called on the numbers.They Will try for delivery tomorrow and come back with the same excuse.I have had bad experiences with this incompetent courier service.Kindly do something to resolve this problem...

My shipment was picked up for return by the Delhivery team around the 7th Feb, but have not updated yet. Can you please update it?

There was Mr Raj, who called me in the night and said he was Delhivery manager and will update it later as he was facing technical difficulties that day.

My refund is stuck due to this. Thanks for all your kind support....
