This is with reference to shipment tracking number[protected] of Delhivery. It was booked on 8th Jan 2022 and I can see the package arrived the destination location on 14th Jan 2022 however, courier partner is not willing to deliver to the home. Its been a week since the package arrived the destination location. I have submitted multiple queries in delhivery portable and received no responses or updates. This is not acceptable. We don't...

My shipment is not delivered even after repeated mails, and complaints.
can someone please look into this and let me know where my consignment is.
This company needs to be fined heavily for playing with people's money & products. They dont even act responsible or bother to call and sort the issue. No customer service phone no is there to talk to someone.

The Delhivery was picked up from Maharastra on 7th Jan 2022, but even after two weeks, the product was not delivered and delivery date is getting altered everyday in website.

My package was actually reached Chennai by around 10th Jan 2022. and still it is not delivered.

There is no customer care number. Could you please help me with the issue....

Hello,

Just want to say how pathetic Delhivery courier service is. There is no way we can reach them on phone. Every day in evening they put a status update saying the address is wrong so product couldnt be delivered. However I have got 1000s of courier from amazon and even from Delhivery on provided address.
On top of that there is no phone number of customer care or delivery agent anywhere. The product was shipped...

I have 3 orders coming in they have delayed them all. One was accidentally sent to hyderabad instead of bangalore.. And the ones that are in bangalore are stuck in hoskote for days now. That too the products were already in hoskote didn't have to be shipped from another state delhivery has almost taken a week to deliver products that are already in bangalore!! It's ridiculous.
This has happened before and another one was also " misrouted"....

The Delhivery AWB[protected] was picked up from Madurai on 4th Jan 2022, but even after two weeks, the product was not delivered and delivery date is getting altered everyday in website. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the problem of delivery.
I have returned my product some 10 days ago but now it does not reach to the seller, so I did not get my refund. Please make it fast .

I just checked the tracking page it is showing Order refused or canceled by the consignee and did not cancel it and not received any call from the delivery person.

Could you please get this package delivered as soon as possible it is urgent?
