Auto subscription cancellation and refund - Reg

Hello,
I have received a free coupon from Paytm for free gana subscription for 3 month.So that I have used that on 18/01/2022. So my 3 months free subscription completed on 18/04/2022. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money...

I'm cheated with gaana plus subscription many times

I'm cheated with many times for the gaana plus subscription..My gaana plus subscription was extended for the coming 3 years i.e. till 2024. In between also My gaana plus subscription has lapsed two times and forced me for plus subscription, also has made two times transaction through flip kart plus super coins and with paytm. Also there was three voucher activated over my gaana account.. but now for one week neither My subscription showing...

The Complaint Emails are Unanswered and only a single mail has been received where Gaana.com has denied to Refund

Cancellation of gaana membership and refund the subscription amount back

I haven't used the gaana app for a really long time. I had opted for its 3 months free membership but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 399 deducted from my Paytm wallet. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed... they directly deducted the cash. I do not need the membership ...I just need my money.

Deduction of money without permission

Today i received a message from my Paytm wallet that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. My amount deduct from my paytm wallet without my permission. No any remember Message from gaana.com.
That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.

I want my full money refunded.

Kindly solve the issues as soon as possible.

Wrongly deducted my account against subscription

Two days back I already had cancelled my subscription still I have been charged with 399 against subscription. How can you charge me when I never wanted to continue my subscription. This is not acceptable at all. I want my money back....

I subscribed with coupon code from Flipkart which is successful after deducting rs 1 from Paytm account and again rs 399 deducted with any knowledge and received notification in Paytm
As i already i have plan till September and again u renew today till sept 2023...

Auto renewal without consent or intimation

I activated gaana subscription through flipkart offer for rs 1/
not once the subscription period is over they have deducted 399 rs without any notification.

i dont have any source of income and i could not afford this. also i feel very bad the way they have auto renewal setup.

please refund the money....
