Hello Team,

I have purchased a ganna plus subscription plan for this [protected].
When I open the application and play any songs. I do not play so, you can solve this error or refund my money.
I already complained to your support email id.
I attached screen shot for my subscription plan.
Please help me As soon as possible....

Hi there i installed gaana for some coupon and im not using it frequently i thought of cancellation of subscription by the end of august 2 where it ends when im trying to cancel the subscrition its saying cancellation failed and there is no customer support readily available to lodge our problems and i got a message saying it will automatically deduct through paytm by 3rd itself . it was like a high tech scam. Please provide me details on...

I have never subscribed or downloaded or listened to any music on Gaana even for a second. However, I am still getting spammed by them. I never shared my email with them. (I got it for free when I got Airtel service when I was traveling in India years ago but was never interested in then or now). I’m being spammed by Gaana relentlessly and frequently since then. They don’t give an OPT-OUT or Unsubscribe option in their email messages....

3 month ago, I, Bipin Ghimire, a middle class student of KiiT university has bought an audio product from Flipkart and got 3 month gaana subscription free of cost, then downloaded gaana app to avail the offer and few days ago I also checked whether the auto renewal is off or not, I tried to turn it off but it was not possible and today automatically 249 rs was cut from the bank
. I am so sad for my 249 rs as that means a lot to me...

I used gaana for a day in april 2022 . since then i haven't used gaana but gaana renewed my subscription without my permission . 499 has been debited from my paytm account without my permission .So its a request to higher authorities of gaana to take a look at this issue. and i need my money back. this is immoral to take someones money without their permission....

I paid for one year Gaana Plus subscription, however the membership is not activated. I chatted with the bot via the app, shared the payment details, including payment screenshot, not once but twice, giving a days time for them to take action. So far nothing has happened. They neither activate the membership nor refund the money....

I recently bought a samsung f22 and got a free gaana plus subscription. I used the code and they asked the debt 1 rupee. But they charged 199/- and activated autopay. The subscription didn't activate and autopay is on in my phone pe. And i am unable to cancel autopay.
I want refund of 199/- and cancel my autopay....
