Auto renewal on gaana subscription without my consent and i need refund

Hi, my gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.499 got deducted from phone pe .I kindly request you to refund my money back into bank account as this gaana plus subscription was not needed....

Auto debit money on gaana subscription cancellation

I haven't used the gaana app for a very long time. I had opted for its 6 months free subscription but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 499 deducted from my bank account. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed they directly deducted the money. I don't want the membership I just want my money....

6 months ago today I bought some product online. With which I got the subscription of the song. And on today's date the plan was going to end but I renewed that plan for 1 year only on 26th August. But still today 99 rupees has been deducted from my account. This is a robbery. I want my money back and don't want any service from gana.com...

Refund of money

Before few months i got coupon from flipkart and i used that for gaana plus and then just after one month i deleted gaana app..But today on 1 september 2022 suddenly i got messege of auto debit of 499/- from my phone pe for gaana.Com..How they debit without contacting me...I dont want gaana plus...I want my money back...I want my 499/- refund...I m already in trouble...Plz return my money its a request....

Iam complain about the debit 399 money from my account

Iam complain about they debit 399 money from my account without informe me and iam never on my auto renewal subscription options they automatic on it. And my last subscription is end on 16 August
They debit my money on 15 agust without send any message or mail to me. I try to contact there customer but they didn't call me or on chat they didn't give me a proper reply regarding to my problem
Or now they didn't cancel my auto...

Auto-renewal without permission

I had used Gaana app for 1 day in May 2022 as I got 3 months subscription offer for just Re 1 on Paytm app thereafter I had deleted the Gaana app. Amount of 249/- rs was debited from my Paytm wallet on 12/08/2022 without my permission. I want the refund please.
