I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

After annual subscription payment of rs 399 i m still not getting the benefits of gaana+ membership can’t play my songs offline. Even after several complaints to the company, no response from gana.com. Pathetic service please help what to do. Feeling cheated by gana.com. My subscription is valid till september 2019

Hello. I subscribed to gaana with sonyliv for one year. The gaana app is working perfectly fine since then but i haven't been able to use the premium features in the sonyliv app. I haven't received any coupon codes either. I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

Hi, i am facing a login issue with gaana app where i am unable to login with my credentials. I have reported this issue on 25th of november but still today the issue is same. After taking continuous follow ups for almost half a month i am still at the same position as i was before. I have waited for quite a long time now so, please address this on priority and help me to resolve the issue asap...

I subscribed for gaana plus in september and every month $5.99 is being taken from my bank account but i am not able to download songs and play them offline. When i look at the status of the subscription on my phone it says expired in september yet the monthly payments are being taken. I think i should get my money back. It worked well when i subscribed to it in july. I discontinued it and then resubscribed....

Please fix the bugs in the windows version of gaana app. Its not working properly in offline mode its not showing the song list properly. I had opted for gaana+ with sonlyliv premium offer for an year by paying 499rs. I got gaana+ but sonlyliv premium is not accessible and it is showing basic account if i login with the same mobile number i registered for gaana+. Gaana is charging me ₹99 monthly but still unable to download songs. There haven't provided an option to unsubscribe. When verified about subscription details it says"already purchased gaana plus but with different credentials". They haven't given any details about why i am unable to download songs and automatically ₹99 is deducted from my account every month....

I was using gaana plus before but soon it got ### and i have stopped using it.
Gaana has deducted 399 rs from my account through Google play without my consent.

i dont want to use gaana plus by paying 400 per year. it is very slow and drains a lot of battery too, so no point o[censored]sing Gaana plus.
