Very bad service no response from customer service

I contacted them for shifting my connection to different location I even paid 300rs for shifting the connection but yet no response from them. They even closed my complaint raise without contacting me. Very bad service...

I am complaining about the continuous phone calls

Hey i've been using hathway network for the past 1year.Noe I've completed my cpurse and went back to my native.I no longer need the broadbamd connection.But the cistomer care keep on contacting me to recharge and i've told them multiple times that i dont want your bloody connection and they were like ok we'll talk to our managing head and will stop calling u this is yhe people are saying for the past 20 days.But till now im receiving calls.Im...

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to bring your attention to a persisting issue with my Hathway OTT subscription. Although the subscription was active for November, it now appears as inactive in my account. I initially raised a complaint and it was closed and raised the ticket again (Ref ID: 28122023W913479), but the ticket was closed without a resolution.

Hathway - Home Broadband Not working since 5-Dec-2023

Address: 360, Panneer Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai

My home broadband is NOT working since 5-Dec-2023. Already raised complaint in broadband portal and its showing in-progress status. But nobody is resolving this issue. Now they are saying that, my account got deactivated as I did not renew it on 13-Dec-2023.

Not returning deposit money back

This is to kindly inform you that GTPL gujarat has appointed me as a DSA of modasa city Gujarat to collect new GTPL wifi connection and the took 1000 rupees refundable deposit from me and I had complaint to the head department of GTPL Mr hanif vohra to refund my deposit because several times I asked new connection in my area but they tell that we have no service in my appointed area so I told GTPL to self resign and my deposit money back...

My Internet not working for me from Dec 6, 2023

I'm complaining for unnecessary spam calls from hathway

We hav discontinued the hathway broadband connection and returned the wifi device to them and still I am getting spam calls threatening us for not returning the wifi device though we have returned it 3weeks ago
Daily am getting these calls for 5-6times which is really frustrating and is effecting my personal and professional life...

Calling deaf or what

Address: Company refused to share office address

After payment is completed activation is not done for broadband service for over 2 days. My calls to the co-ordinator (name held) is not honoured.
This causes lot of problems for WFH members of my family. This was told to their agent or coordinator also. He is silent on this too!
Let Hathway return my money paid to them for connection in full in view of the problems created by them.
Worst service providers in Chennai....

Activation of Hathway Broadband

Further to payment there was no proper attention to customer's call for activation. The contact person (name not to be disclosed, now) is not honouring my call for activation. More than 10 times, I tried (to call him) but in vain.
I plan to make it public soon....
