After that hdfc bank executive contacted us and asked us to submit death certificate for same and told us no more action is required from our end. cancellation of one assist & refund of money

Without my knowledge, hdfc bank deducted money for plan activation
I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

Please do needful to refund the charge.

Deactivate this service and don't activate this type of subscription in future. With out my knowledge.

If not i will cancel my account in hdfc bank account.

wrong loan track

It's about hdfc housing loan.

payzapp transaction amount not reached to act fibernet

Hi team,
I have paid my act fibernet bill rs: 767/- on 7th oct 2017 through payzapp application and i used sbi credit card for payment.

Money is deducted from my sbi credit card and transaction is shown as successful. But actfibernet did not receive my amount. I have attached the transaction screenshot. Please refer to the screenshot for transaction id
I did not get any refund into my sbi credit card or payzapp...

issue with nre account

We opened an nre account with hdfc and provided all the necessary documents for kyc. One of the proof required was proof of online remittance from our account to the new account. We have provided all possible screenshots showing the proof, but we get the same request to submit a proof showing the first transaction. hdfc credit card not updating contact details due to signature mismatch

Hi i am sarat. Its being two and half month i have been submitted form to update my registered mobile number. First of all they never communicated that the form has been rejected. no updates on my fastag application reference number hfr001639 made on 29th sep 2017

I had made payment of inr 1000 against the same as rs 200 for security amount and rs 800 as the top up amount. The reference number of the application is hfr001639.
I had recieved one email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up the.

regarding noc/clearance certificate

hdfc personal loan request for restructuring of emi of personal loan but denied

offering loan

Not sure why... I have already informed that i m not interested in any of the loan... But evey day i received call from hdfc offering it... I have asked them to block my number in there system but still no response... And when i tried to call to there customer care number, call was on hold for 5 mins and then got disconnected... It's like i can't tell what i want and they will keep on calling me for the loan offers......
