There was a transaction in my bank account. I get a call from customer care about that transaction. But customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. but i requested him don't block my account but he did. i had called to query not to block my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked. I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1879/- from my credit card number ending with 3918 without my concern on date:18/12/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the One assist membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1879 /- .

I was employed in a co. back in 2018 and left it in early 2019 after few months I received a msg that my money was deducted due to non maintenance and it became nill .
I talked to support team they said I have to visit branch and branch employee told me to go to the branch which is 22 km far from my place.
I thought it would stop at 0 but after few month I got msg hat it keeps on deducting and my balance got in negative. br...

On 17 of December 2020 I've payed rs 10000 cash for the credit card. On the same day at around 6 pm, 9200 rs was deducted when i had not done any transaction. I want to know the details as to why those money were deducted. If this query is not solved within 24 hrs I'll be complaining to the RBI....

I had submitted for re-issue of fast tag by paying sum of Rs. 100 to the specified account "SMPLIFED FINE PVT LTD. on 21st January 2020.

the Reference No. is BM[protected].

In spite of repeated calls to TOLL free no. i had not received the FAST TAG as of today.

As A last resort i am complaining to consumer complaints against the HDFC bank before approaching the BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

Hi sir,

I bought prepaid gift cards from hdfc bank on 12 Dec 2020(Transaction ID: [protected]).

Till today i haven't received the above cards.
Moreover i didn't receive acknowledgment email on my purchasing and there is no way to reach out to them.

I would like to complain about calls from " cancellations dept" of Hdfc life. When I insisted that I don't have a policy, the scamsters insisted that I have paid 60000 and bought the policy in 2013. He also sent me a policy number and telephone number of the relation manager and insisted that I call and speak with her.
