I Richa Tyagi holding HDFC credit card, and also have personal loan with bank. In month of Nov 2019 all of sudden i was hospitalised and i have come to know that i'm suffering from paralysis, and can't move and walk. I am using HDFC Bank Credit Card, since quite some now, due to my frequent travel in remote areas i did not had network facility so that i can initiate my bill. which is due this month (small amount of 3000/-)
collection agent was sent to my elderly parents home, and he misbehaved with them, when they called me the snatched the phone and threaten me on the mobile.

I have been using a Regalia credit card for more than a year. I had a relationship with HDFC credit card for more than 8year
.
I have given a card upgrade request for Diners black card . where as they upgraded to me INDIGO xl card . without my confirmation they have upgraded .they insisted to use the Indigo card .

I tried booking irctc ticket on dec 19 2020. Amount got debited but I got error message as "late response from bank" and amount got refunded since ticket is not booked. But still 23 dec 2020 it's not credited into my account....

I have settled my all pending dues long back in december 2019, even the credit card that was issued to me have expired, now out of nowhere i have received a bill of 1700 after 1 year, i never confirmed for any new credit card, this is plain and simple harassment, how can i be force to use hdfc credit card against my wish, and worst part is if i don't pay bill they will make penalty charges and amount will keep increasing....

It’s been 3 months of relentless effort by me and the recipient to whom I gifted the egift card from my HDFC NRO account however HDFC’s customer representative folks and the branch manager at Kalyani Nagar Pune branch, have been nothing short of zero help with no clue about their own products! I went to hdfc bank requesting to close my credit card. The bank employee had asked me to login netbanking on their system. Then he said dues are cleared and requested to close credit cqrd. But after 2months i started to receive balance dues. I inquired about the same on the bank and the response was very bad. They said they Won't deal with credit card. And asked the security not to allow me to enter inside bank. I cannot clear dues via netbanking...

I made a reacharge through payzapp at a jio number of amount 599. it is shown successful in the app while the recharge is not completed! amount is deducted from payzapp and the customer care number is not supporting! they hav shown the recharge is done on a bsnl number same number was earlier in bsnl but now it is ported in jio! they hav xompleted the recharge for bsnl!...

The HDFC FasTag team is not able to update my KYC immediately OR they are not able to deactivate that FasTag.

Now I am in such a situation where I am not able to buy the new one NOR recharge to this FasTag and use it....

I received my car with an HDFC FASTag sticker. However, I did not receive a welcome mailer and have no way of recharging the account. Wallet ID / Customer ID are both missing.

HDFC Helpline has been unreachable for this issue....

I have done transaction of rupees 6109.30 on 20 December for school fees of Muktangan through payu. Amount got debited from my payzap card but not on payu it shows fail transaction.

I have mailed HDFC for my fastag issue on their email, they are so irresponsible that they do not reply to my any mail, It has been happening from 16th October 2020 to till date 21st December 2020 and no response from their side. The fastag is not available to us and the amount is deducted from my fastag without going anywhere. Why withdrawing money from my account
i have an a/c in hdfc bank mathura main branch in the name my a/c no. Is [protected]. When i have not signed ur auto debit & don't giving u any authority for debit money from my a/c then how dare u withdraw money from my a/c. On 10th dec 2020 u are withdraw rs.1200/- from my a/c.
