My NetBanking is active but your Secure Access rights have got locked.
I have been told that 'The Secure Access service gets locked post incorrect answers to the questions or not being able to answer/give the correct verification." I have purchased 'Fastag' through HDFC Bank, Customer ID[protected], HFR No:-HFR788329, but the same is NOT working . I informed them through mail but they are offering any solution whatsoever instead of asking me to call[protected], which was never through any time of the day . They are only collecting money and not providing any services....

I took the hdfc fastag in Nov2020 and since then they have deducted rs695 from my wallet thrice

In order to raise complaint I have made several calls to hdfc cust care [protected] and only got the response that you have to raise this issue to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

But no one replied to my emails till...

Please remove my PAN CARD NUMBER AND AGENT CODE FROM IRDA PORTAL. On 2nd feb 2019 i send request to Hdfc life from pune nigadi branch for removal of pan and agent code from portal, HDFC send me Cessation certificate form 1C, but still IRDA PORTAl shows my license was terminated, i want fully removal of pan and agent code from the portal. Because nowi am working with insurance industry as a maneger and this is against code...

On further enquiry I got know that HR has not yet processed the advice.

As i was told to take a CREDIT CARD from HDFC Bank & i was told that this CREDIT CARD is lifetime free for you. i told him that no CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD is ever free for anyone. he has a charge so how can it be free?? he say sir your bank account transaction is good, so you are giving us free. the first year did not incur any fees and i only transacted 1200 rs. if there is an auto debit in my card, then it was cut the following month...

Online Vodafone post paid bill payment HDFC bank is charging Rs.11.82 per transaction for Netbanking payment. No other private or government bank in India charge like this. This must be stopped immediately....

Hi, I am kanak I just have been charged rupees 885 listed as annual fees for debit card.
I had no information about this when the card was issued. No details of this annual fees given by the bank. It’s a huge amount for me. I want this fees refund and do not want any extra service which requires this huge charge of 885.
Please refund the fee because there is no any charge mention by bank Or rbi which is 885 rs....

Sir/Ma'am with due respect I would like to state that my father recharged a wrong number through payzapp..And he doesn't even remember the number he did which is why I can't contact the person whose number got recharged..and In the transaction slip also it isn't mentioned which number was recharged...I made a recharge of 100 rupees..Please cancel the transaction and refund my money..I'll be very grateful to you..For all the details please...

I have made HDFC credit card payment on 4th of December through my HDFC account. However, after I made the payment, they have blocked my account for suspicious transaction.
