Unauthorized payment transaction without any OTP

Dated: 14th August 2020 Time: 5:50 PM

I suddenly received an SMS from my HDFC credit card that a transaction amount of Rs. 748.75 has been deducted from Amazon Digital. I quickly logged in to my Amazon account and found that there are no new orders, however, the above mentioned amount had been deducted from my HDFC credit card account. There was neither any OTP in my registered mobile number nor in my registered email address.br...

rs.590 deducted from my account for issuing debit card for first time

I have opened new regular savings account with hdfc bank last month (Customer id[protected]. For that i have applied for debit card through bank for first time.. They have deducted rs.590/- from my account for debit card issuance without my knowledge..
Kindly help me in getting refund for my atm card...

false transaction - mer emi loan precl 6907.88 rs

Dear sir/maam,

In this current bill statement, the amount of 6907.88 (14/07/2020) rs has been charged..

So i want to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

So please help me in this and send me clarification for further to associate with credit card services..

Hdfc team,
I am saumya praharaj, hdfc credit card holder (Card no. 5241*5265), the last cheque was not cleared due to some technical issue but after that i have debited the last payment amount of ₹11, 000/- only (Eleven thousand) on 27.07.2020 through upi payment.

But then after the same amount of ₹11, 000/- only (Eleven thousand) was again debited from my account through the cheque on 28.07.2020.

my emi got bounced because of hdfc banks delaying to work on my kyc also on unfreeze my account.

I am regularly trying to touch with you regarding my issue, even i have visited the nearest branch for this. My previous inquiry is under hbl=[protected].

My account number is [protected] and it is freeze since the personal loan is credited to my account. Can you please look into this?

Cancellation of one assist membership and want refund

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs:1899 without my concern from my credit card ending with 3998 on 07th august 2020. I m not interested about this service anymore kindly cancel my membership and refund my debited amount of rs:1899 as soon as possible....

Non delinking of credit card from my savings bank

Despite several emails, physical submission of application at the branch, complaints to the greviance cell, even to the nodal officer nothing has been done till date. Since june i am following up with the bank but in vain.
I have received confirmation via email twice that "the credit card has been delinked". Hdfc seems to be quite adept in fooling around, considering customer s as super fools... How can they reply without even looking...

Hi my name is gopal saxena from ghaziabad i am using hdfc credit card from 10 years my last month credit card outstanding on 14th aug 2020 one guy came from hdfc or 3rd party behalf on hdfc bank his name was pushpendra nagar as per true caller name i were little bit busy so my wife went on main gate for attend that hdfc guy but that guy taken picture of my wife then they have shared my wife picture with anyone on whatsapp my wife suddenly...

Not received 6000 cashback

I purchased iphone 11 64gb on[protected]..threw HDFC DCEMI and I got 6000 rs cashback offer which has to credit in my account in 120 days but now even after 9 months I didn't received my casback...I am sending you the transaction slip alongwith this complaint...please check and solve this issue....

Obtained message of amount credited/reversed but not reflected in account balance

I cancelled a flipkart order for sum of Rs 6649 / - . I got a message for HDFC saying, "Rs 6649 has been credited/reversed by Flipkart Payme for card ending 1190 . I do not see this amount being credited to my account....

I had outstanding unpaid of my credit card. After their torcher for long time, I paid leftover amount including levy charges. I cleared the credit card outstanding amount on of 27/09/2019 without settlement. It was closed then . Hence, I was updated with the status Date Reported And Certified 30/11/2019.

Eventually in the month of May/June my cibil score was increased. And today when I checked on the date 12/08/2020 it was...
