Registration otp for new user registration is not received on mobile. Trying to login for last one month.
Helpline provided is of no use. No one takes the call or all the time its busy. Service is really pathetic.

I paid for a Fastag using my credit card on 23/11/2019. I received a message that 500 Rs. were debited from my card. But then the Fastag website said 'Session timeout or error on page'
So at the moment, I have paid the money but I don't know whether the Fastag application was successful.
The customer care number is always busy and I can never speak on the phone with anybody regarding this issue....

I have made the payment on 14th November and my application number is HFR372398.

Neither i receive the Fast Tag application PDF on my registered email id.
Nor any representative got in touch with me.
And till date i have not received the Fastag and it was committed to be delivered in 7 working days.

I bet if you can contact HDFC Fastag guys as the customer care number given is...

I placed an order for two fastags for my two private cars, paid online rs. 1000 on 14/11/2019.

They haven’t supplied tags till date, there is no provision to track online, none answers customer care number ‭[protected]‬

I am unable to contact the concerned for finding the status of delivery. I did not expect such callousness attitude by a company or bank, when they made tag as mandatory at toll plazas,...

A lady named as soumya from shine.com call me repeatedly and told me about my selection for hdfc bank. Then she told me to give an online exam then i am doing as she told me to do and give her a screenshot of mark. Then she told me that paid 1500 to clear prc of bank and bank will send you joining letter. I don't know what should i do now. Please reply...

I have applied fastag from HDFC on 7th Nov, 2019 and the reference number is HRF335509. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

I have not experienced such online services where we don't have any...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr344310. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Hi myself harish, hdfc fastag online is a big cheat made payment twice for 2 vehicles. First time filled all the details and made the payment of 1000/- through hdfc credit card where money deducted and no mail or acceptance came for the fastag, i called customer care and went to branch also nobody knows anything about fastag. [protected] is not at all working. Second time i made the payment from yesbank debt card where money got deducted...

Yesterday i tried paying from hdfc cc to purchase fastag from hdfc online money got deducted but page error came and second time i used my yes bank debit card where money got deducted but i did not received any mail from hdfc which they say about pdf and [protected] is not at all working and branch and customer care people has no idea about fastag. Dont know what to do now. For simple fastag i lost 2000/-...

I have got the fastag issued from hdfc bank but i do not the customer id and wallet id. As per the procedure mentioned on bank website, i am trying to register it online through rfid number and vehicle number. However, i am unable to do the same. Have been trying the customer care since morning (25 calls) but it is constantly busy. There is no other way to reach them....

Out of which i received email regarding application, sms of customer i'd & wallet i'd for application ref no. Hrf418648.

But i haven't received any email or sms for application ref no. Hrf418938.

I have paid for both applications (500+500), they have credited rs. 200+200 in my first application ref no. Hrf418648.

There was a fastag (Customer id[protected] issued to me by hdfc and i noticed that a wrong email id was updated and i dropped a mail on 14th oct and also made call to customer care. But after repeated reminder the correct mailing id has yet not updated and there is a 2.5% cashback is also not given for all national toll movements as updated on hdfc fastag site.

The customer care no. Either always be busy or not responding...

I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
