Theft from car during Servicing and bad servicing.

I m not satisfied at all with Fx Hyndai services of Faridabad Branch. My vehicle met with an
accident in July ‘2010 and received it after 4.5 month. Still I had to
visit their place (Fx Hyundai, Bata chowk, Faridabad) daily with lots

NON RECEIPT OF CORPORATE DISCOUNT CLAIM

Hyundai is not responding to my complaint on i 10

Accessories Stolen while servicing

I have purchased a new Hyundai i20, Magna on 4 th June 2010 from Safdarjung Hyundai ,Gurgaon and it was my second free service on 20 th Dec 2010. It was really a very very bad experience with Safdarjung Hyundai that the Jack - Pannel and Ciggrette liter was stolen from my car and despite of so many calls to service advisor and Manager customer care there,i have not got any response.

Premature Crankshaft Failure

Critical Part failure of I10

corporate discount not paid correctly

Bad Service by Hyundai

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had brought Hyundai Verna Diesel in the year September 2006. 1st delivery in Pune city.
Last year the clutch paddle got stuck and as told by your authorized service centre, the hydraulics of the clutch had some issue.
The gears have become so stiff and when sent for repairs they charged Rs.23,000 and kept the car for 1 whole month and dint get the stiffness fixed. I rented a car for the whole month....
