Non reimbursement of exchange offer

I had purchased a Santro car from KTC Hundai at Calicut in December 2009. They had an exchange offer of Rs 10,000 for old cars and all documents pertaining to that was submitted to KTC Hundai office at Calicut where they promised that the reimbursement would take place in a period of 3 months from then and that the money has to be reimbursed from the headquarters. Till date no money has been received in spite of repeated enquires...

faulty car sold

just a few month ago , i brought a hyundai verna from him motors. first impression of car was ok soon i realised that i had made a mistake by opting for a hyundai. some of the troubles i faced were

less quality of servicing

I am not at all satisfied with the servicing they have provided at the Hyundai-servicing centre at LB NAGAR and AUTO NAGAR. There, it is not being taken care of the car in a proper way at all while delivering the vehicle, instead some damage is being gifted while delivering the vehicle, and when it is complained about, the rectification of the problem is being done partially....

Santro car Engine failure

I had given my car for service to Advaith Hyundai JP Nagar Bangalore as it had some problem in pick up second gear..the car stalled in second gear sometimes.

Regarding Exchange bonus/Corporate discount Draft

I have paid in full for Getz Prime Gls yesterday. However, I found that the dealer was charging Rs 33000/- for registration of the vehicle. I enquired and found that the charge was Rs 18000/- for individual owners and Rs 20000/- for vehicles to be registered in name of a company.
I told the dealer to reduce the said charge, which he refused....

rash driving and accident

rash driving by a driver driving hyundai verna TN 22 BE 0813... the accident happened in nungambakkam signal when there was full traffic and no place to overtake, the driver hit our car( ford ikon ) and smashed the side rear view mirror and made a dent near the driver seat door.... the driver just slowed down to see whether his car was damaged and went away without stopping... we tried to chase him down but in vain in chennai's traffic.......
