Poor performance

Bought a car (HUNDAI i10) from Sanjay Hundai, Sales Showroom - Bhosari, Block No 81-B/9, MIDC,Bhosari, Pune - 411026 Ph:[protected] / 27129380 / 90
The mileage that was advertised is 19km/Liter.

After purchasing the car the mileage received is 9.5Km/Liter. This is half of the advertised mileage.

After service and compliants there is no change. Would like to return my car as I belive it is defective.br...

Exchange Bonus and corporate bonus not received

I have purchased Hyundai i10 car in June 2009 from Orion motors Hisar-Haryana. I was offered 15000 exchange bonus and 4000 corporate discount. Till date I have not received this amount. Delay in repairs / False promises

I am very dissapointed, after experiencing the real customer support by Hyundai motor services, Commerical Hyundai dehradun.
Its almost now 12 days and their is no work started on my i 20. Infact after 12 days also they dont have a spare axle tube and tyre /rim for i 20.
I dnt understand how a workshop doesnt have even one spare for each type of car model.

defects of the model kappa i10 1.2 magna

Clutch and EPS

I10 Era has certainly some manufacturing defects when it comes to EPS and Clutch. On the very first week of purchase, i have experienced steering becoming hard, while I was trying to turn on my rift. I bought an i20 Diesel in Aug 2010 and following are the complaints;

1. Parking brake force is insufficient
2. Reverse parking sensor mirror covers IRVM totally; so "shade" feature covered.
