no delivery of refill cylinder on time

I booked for refill of cylinder on dt.15/12/2013 but till now i have not get delivery. so many times personnel y go to gas agency office & telephone also which provided by the agency. but no responding .

This happened to me today on 24-Dec-2013 at 15:00 hours. I asked for a full tank refill for my i10. The attendant after serving the guy ahead of me with a two wheeler filled in 200 Rs of petrol asked me to open the fuel cap. When I was waiting for him to reset the counter to zero another guy distracted me by pointing to an IOC billboard with an offer. Cash memo of 24x7 phone booking cancelled

Lack of online refill booking facility

Non delivery of Refill gas cylinder even after generation of cash memo 25 days

I am a customer of Indane Gas past 3 yrs (consumer number 54158 in the name of Gaurav Gupta ). I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore. We have booked our gas(refill) on 30th Nov 2013 and then cash memo/voucher also got generated as i got the sms cash memo# [protected] and booking # 814001 . but still after 25 days, We are waiting for gas cylinder ( refill), i called toll free number and booked the complaint...

asking for bribe for making allotment new connection after submitting online application
