too delay in gas delivery

Misbehaviour of the petrol pump attendant

subsidy amount not revived by our bank account

Booked on Phone but not registered in Computer

My consumer No. is 82543 with BP Agencies, Housing Board Bldg., Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum. I booked for a refill on 11th November, 2013 telephonically and was told that my booking has been registered. I ALSO GOT A TELEPHONIC SMS CONFIRMATION at 10.04 on 11th Nov. that the booking had bee done and that the booking number was 299981. When the supply did not come, on 6th Dec. 2013 I went to the agency for taking delivery of a cylinder....
