complaint no. IO[protected] dt. 23.11.13 against booking no. 513888 dt. 08.11.13 has not yet been resolved inspite of passage of three clear working days after the complaint in the helpline. The status of delivery is not known and I am facing much hardship due to exhaustion of both the cylinders. May please look into for necessary redressal at the earliest....

First of all the phone numbers to the gas agencies are never attended to on time... I called Vasanth enterprises on 25th Nov 2013 to complain about the leakage from a gas cylinder.
