I had booked ticket for my one relative, who were suppose to travel vijaywada from kolkata on 23rd march 2020 through pnr no. Vfhspa and he has to return kolkata on 26th march 2020 alongwith 5 other student through pnr no. Kezcgq.
I have cancelled both the ticket on 24th march 2020 before 2 pm. Till than we have get confirmed of cancellation only of pnr no. Vfhspa while confirmation of pnr no. Kezcgq was still awaiting. I have called...

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed "nothing.." but my bank statement its showing "transaction successful". Debited amount - 2145.40, date and time :10apr 2020, 02:45 am and google transaction id cicagkdhscm_mg and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated...

Hello, sir .I have booked a flight ticket on date 05/04/2020 a flight spicejet and the flight no is SG611 as name of gunanand semwal for 16/04/2020 date .but payment is 6055 debited from my account through le travenues technology private LTD by phonepe .but yet ticket is not booked not received me . please check what is matter

Please do not make any bookings from ixigo, the worst back end service also didn't provide the refund of the booking even after cancelling the flights from the company..

I have booked 3 tickets from ixigo
The pnr number of those 3 tickets are as follows-

The train journey date was 22/03/2020. The train was cancelled and we got a message on 23/03/2020 that the money amount will be refunded within 3-4 days.
As i contacted in irctc helpline they said the amount has been refunded on 24/03/2020 to ixigo. So i want to knwo the reason why...

I have booked the air india express ticket from trivandrum to dubai and cancelled the same due to covid crisis. My reservation is cancelled in the airline side. The amount is credited to the travel agency account but ixigo is saying that the cancellation got failed. Despite my continuous follow up calls and emails to ixigo they have still not refund my money....

Dear concern,
I want to check on my refund on the trip id : if[protected].
The flight has cancelled by spicejet due to covid19 and i have already spoken to airline they have processed the refund to agency (Ixigo).
Also i have spoken to your customer care they said refund will initiated in 5 to 07 working days, but now it's been 14 days i have not received the refund....
