i ave paid for flight booking through upi payment successful but no flight booking

Wat a thief site is this stupid ixigo... I will go to consumer forum i have booked my flight from bangalore to kolkata on an emergency situation my amount has been deducted from upi but got no ticket confirmed with airline they too told no flight booking is there i need my full money back as soon as possible

Hi,

I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app. My payment mode is upi app after successfully paid via upi app, i returned to ixigo app where i need to enter my irctc password for the booking to complete, but ixigo app didn’t take to the irctc login page instead it went to home page of ixigo app. When i checked the transaction history of ixigo app, there is no failed transaction. I only have the evidence of payment receipt...

amount debited, booking unsuccessful

On 8th March 2020, I tired to book flight tickets through IXIGO App. Amount of Rs 3, 575 got debited, but the booking was not successful and the ticket was not generated. I thought that the amount will get refunded automatically, so I went ahead to book another ticket. The 2nd time booking was successful. I need the refund of 1st one. Today is 10th, I neither received any notification from IXIGO regarding the refund nor am I able to contact...

money deducted successfully but payment in app cancelled

I booked my train ticket on IXIGO from Secunderabad to Howrah and the amount got debited from Google pay and transaction was successful there but got cancelled in ixigo app.I haven't got my money back and it has a been 7 days and the AI Tara denies that the amount has been credited to their account but it has been debited from mine.it would be a great help if you refund my money as I am in dire situation....

I recently had book flight ticket from bagdogra airport to mumbai airport through ixigo flight app and gone for upi payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.10763rs it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me.....

money got deducted twice

I booked 3 tickets from ixigo app. Railway tickets of train 12030 swarna shatabdi, 16:50-23:15 from amritsar to new delhi of 10th march 2019 and my money got cut twice. Can u please initiate a refund asap. There is no transaction being shown but im putting a picture of money cut from your account. Please see to it. There is no way in ixigo’s app to work on this matter

payment successful in google pay but ticket not booked need refund

I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

I booked ticket on 6 march 2020.

I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

On 6 march 2020 i was making my booking through ixigo for ahmedabad to ratlam in train no. 19309, i paid the money but ticket was not booked. I want refund, not in ixigo wallet but to my bank account otherwise i am going to court for this company because in future i never want to book my ticket online through any mode or any app. Indian railway booking online is the worst thing in the world. This ixigo do not have any customer care no....

ticket not received after money deducted from my account

On the date 12 january 2020 i booked the train ticket via ixigo app. To book this ticket i made payment via phonepe.
On 21 january 2020 i cancelled the ticket and ixigo customer care sent me message that they initiated the refund and refund will be credited to my account in 7 working days. But still the amount has not been credited into my account.
Now when i am contacting them from last 40...

flight refund

I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart. Ixigo is the travel partner of Flipkart.

Malindo rescheduled the flight so I opted for refund.

As ixigo is the booking agency they have to raise RA to process the refund but they are not doing so and harrasing the customer.

I have been mailing Sumeet from Ixigo. Marking him in all emails...

ixigo transaction done but ticket not booked

Transaction done for irctc ticket on 1st march 2020. But ticket is neither booked nor money refunded. Not any transaction history shown on ixigo app. So please do the needful and refund my money. Transaction history on amazon pay is attached with this mail. But on the ixigo app nothing is showing. It even didn't asked for irctc password. So please do the needful....
