I'm zuber shaikh i've booked my parents tickets from your website journey for 04/04/2020. I've received text msg from indian railways that your comfirm tickets have been cancelled due unavoidable circumstances. So kindly your are requested to refund my money as soon as possible.

booking of irctc stand canceled due to covid 19.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have done transactions through my hdfc credit card ([protected]) in favour of irctc train booking through ixigo application. Now due to covid19 all scheduled trains have got cancelled. These are the pnr number of my bookings
[protected] dated[protected] and date of journey was 6th of may 2020.
Neither i have received any cancellation message from your end nor from irctc.br...

I have booked train tickets for my journey but today i got sms from irctc states that ticket has been cancelled due to covid-19.

While booking tickets i have made payment through icici paylater account (Net banking) which has been closed from my end on 09th march 2020.

Requesting your assistance to get refund amount to other bank account.

Hi ixigo team,

My pnr [protected] dated 16th april 2020 from mumbai centrail to gondal saurashtra mail train no 22945 amount 880/- should be refund.

Pnr [protected] dated 19th april 2020 from gondal to mumbai centrail veraval mmct exp train no 19570 amount of 980/- should be refund.

This both tickets got cancelled due to lockdown trains not running.
Please help for my refund.

I book the tickets from Mumbai Central to Gondal on 16th April 2020 and return Tickets from Gondal to Mumbai Central 19th April 2020 but due to lockdown Train got cancelled and refund not received.

complaint for refund problem.

In ixigo app, it is given that my money is refunded. It is also suggested that if money is not reflecting in your account then wait for 7days and after it contact your bank.
But after 7 days i am disable to see money in my account and when i visited my bank they told me that they cannot help me in any way.
I have problem with my two tickets....

not refunding flight booking amount

Team ixigo is not transparent in its approach.
I have been following with them for a refund on my booking for the last 45 days and they are just giving the reason like :
1. The airline has rejected it.
2. We will get back to you.

When asked to copy me in the communication or provide any tracking number for escalation number they straight away said no.

Let me know if ixigo is there to help...

flight ticket refund (pnr : jl79st and ik4inw)

I have booked 3 flight tickets from ixigo app
Bangalore to mumbai — 2 tickets (Pnr : jl79st)
Mumbai to bangalore — 1 ticket (Pnr : ik4inw)

All the tickets have been canceled by the airlines due to nationwide lockdown.
Airlines has refunded all the amount. I have confirmed by calling their customer care and they advised that they have refunded the money. And the money is with ticket booking app which...

I am book ticket from Tatanagar to garwa on 17April 2020 but it is cancelled by irctc or you..but why full amount is not refund. Ticket fare only return 490₹. what about agent service charges and irctc convience fee refund?....

My train ticket was booked on
16 th april
Train no:12628 karnataka express and
Pnr:[protected],
Ticket fair was 3285
Refund amount 3250 as the mentioned in the message.
But my train got cancelled because of covid-19 lockdown issue, i got text message as my ticket was cancelled but my refund is not yet received and it's pending please see to it i will get my money back to my account....

complaining about refund of train ticket cancelation & not satisfied by ixigo customer service

My five ticket has been canceled of 1st may same received cancelation msg but could not refund amount as till now,
And i book ticket from my credit card but currently it is inactive and upgraded to new credit card,

So how can i get refund???
I call to 4 times but executive not satisfied to me...
I chatted many times but my concern not resolved...

flight cancelled by airline due to janta curfew but refund not received from ixigo

I had booked a spicejet flight no sg8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-22.05 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

On 22 march morning at 6 a. M., i got a message from spicejet indicating that due to operational reasons my flight has been cancelled and preponed to flight no sg8723 with revised departure time of 08.30- 10.45 hours. Since the flight was preponed...

refund of flights - del-rpr

Hi,
I booked flight for my family from new delhi-raipur and want to cancel now as because of covid-19 non of the domestic flights are working. So i called ixigo and airline to cancel the flights, and asked for the refund.
In return i got a reply from
Ixigo - they dont know anything, consult airline.
Airline - that they will not refund the amount.

I want my full refund as i want to travel but because...

no refund or credit shell option given neither by ixigo nor by airasia

I have a booking with airasia on 6th april 2020 via ixigo.com which got cancelled due to covid19. Airasia.com says to contact ixigo for travel refund. But when i contacted ixigo customer care they said that airline will do it directly. Currently as a customer i haven't received anything... No confirmation on cancellation or refund. Please provide clarity. Airasia is not giving even credit shell option to those who booked via travel agents...
