I tried booking a flight ticket from durgapur (Rdp) to mumbai (Bom) on 20th feb through upi (Phone pe). The ticket was being booked for 22th feb, 2020. My payment was done but my ticket was not confirmed. There was even no message of any flight ticket being confirmed. Please see to this problem and get my money refunded. Hi,

This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

Ixigo said they will refund the amount within 7 days but it's been more than 12 days and i haven't received it. It is very frustrating that i have to keep...

I had booked a to and fro trip ticket from Trivandrum to Mumbai on 3rd of feb 2020 for the dates 7th and 13th feb respectively . The payment failed but the balance was deducted from my account. When I enquired, they said the payment is received but booking failed and asked me to wait 7 days for automatic refund . It's been 10 days, till date I received no refund. I enquired about 5 times, all they gave was some vague reply. My booking ID...

I recently had tried to book train ticket from vaishno devi katra to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.6925.40 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me.....

I booked a train ticket in kota patna express, i completed the transaction procedure, but didn't complete the booking due to your timeout facility.
So i again booked a ticket in the train, this time it was confirmed. Its been 6 days since that transaction of incomplete booking, my bank history shows, you took the money, but there is no transaction history.
The amount deducted was 593.1 6
When will i get my refund back....

I tried to book a ticket in ixigo for a flight from hyderabad to kannur (11/02/2020). I made the payment in googlepay and it is successful. When i called the customer service, they told me to make a new booking and is not concerned about my money loss. I still didn't get my e-ticket and the flight is tomorrow morning. Please help if you are concerned......

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with pay successful". Debited amount - 6925.49, date and time :08 feb 2020, 02:42 pm but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 6925.40 asap....

But i have not got the e-ticket and also not got my money back into my bank account. I have already filed tdr. Please its screenshot given below. I had booked a confirmed e-ticket in satabdi train on dt 14.12.19
By ixigo app from howrah to puri. But this train's on-boarding station (Howrah) was diverted from howrah to khargpur on that day.
For this very reason, i was unable to attend to catch this train from howrah. Immediately i informed to railway enquiry about this problem. br...

Hello there...I have booked a round trip flight from hyderabad to dehradun and return on 5th of february 2020 and have done transaction by upi though the google pay app...the amount has been debited from my account but I did not recieve any confirmation regarding the tickets...i would request you to kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and get my money refunded...thank you.....
