pnr.2636940395 refund not received

Sir i have booked a train ticket saharanpur to lucknow on dt. 19/2/2020 for doj 18/6/2020, but due to corona train cencelled by railway and ticket also cancelled on dt. 18/5/2020. The amount refunded by irctc rs.1875- but till today dt.08/6/2020 refund not recived from your side in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter.

Refund against failed transaction

Sir, i’ve been booking a train ticket from my ixigo application, just after the money deducted from my account the transaction gets failed, booking not done. Ixigo doesn’t show this transaction in the application. Money goes to le travnues tech pvt lmtd. The transaction id is - axissdkv3b74a8c7d1de745b0b05e1903de.

Did not receive full refund when flight was cancelled by airlines

I booked two of my flights from ixigo app and both were cancelled by airlines.
One was in march other in may, i have not received any refund for the same. I am eligible for full refund as it was not cancelled by me....

price difference and support is not interested to look over the issue

I was thinking to book international flights from ixigo as i was having some ixigo cash to utilize for the next travel. But i went on ixigo to book the flights, i realized the price on ixigo was quite more as compared to the other websites.

Not refunding amount.

Ixigo is not interested in refunding my travel amount. They are not following up with airline (Vistara) for the same and giving me false updates.
Now they want me to get data from vistara airlines for the same.
They just keep dragging the matter.
Seriously this is shame for india that such organization are operating and they are receiving support from government....

Regarding not full refund

Sir i booked flight ticket from delhi to shree nagar booking id-if[protected] for 18 may 20 but due to lockdown it's possible to go n journey so i cancil my ticket. But my refund only for 935 while i pay total 11000. During lockdown full refund is applicable. But it not happen and refund only for 935 rupies. Plz take necessary action regarding this... Thanks....

I'm vishvesh pratap singh i booked the flight ticket from delhi to shree nagar 18 may 20... But due to lockdown i could not go so i cancel my ticket but my refund is showing only 950... During lockdown full refund is applicable. Why it is so? Plz inform me and take necessary action.
