I have booked my train ticket with pnr [protected] secunderabad to palakkad. The train got cancelled due to flood in kerala and my refund not yet received for the same. I got mail from irctc stating that my refund will be given by agent through whom i booked (Ixigo). I have waited many days for your refund but no refund. Upto now i did not receive my amount for cancellation of train ticket. I booked train ticket on 9th august 2019. It is almost 7 days, when i will receive amount. I was booking 2 tickets from ndls to sbc from this ixigo app. I entered the details and completed the payment and when I entered back to ixigo app the page could not be loaded and the amount has been deducted from my account which is rs2175.49/- i did not recieve any ticket nor any refund. I had searched for flights on 14/08/2019 for truejet but unfortunately when I was booking there was error I tried so many times at last when I refreshed and booked it was booked on 15/08/19. Immediately I tried contacting customer care they were suggesting me to contact the airlines when I asked I booked in your app you should help me why should I call the airlines for rescheduling or canceling it's very bad...

I booked a train ticket, they didnt even ask my irctc password. Amount of 1375 got debited from my account but no confirmation from ixigo about it. App shows no past booking.. I tried to book a ticket from ahmedabad to delhi for august 28. I used upi transaction method, my amount was deducted but no ticket was booked. I have written them 3-4 times for my refund. They are not responding. I have my transaction id from paytm upi.

There is no customer support on the app, i have rebooked my ticket but my old transaction has not been refunded.

Please help me get my money back.

I booked my flight on 16 June but then I cancelled it I have also taken the liberty general insurance but now they are not picking up my phone I tried to call them alot but they are not picking up my phone since 2 month is passed but they are not giving me the refund money yet and now they are sending me that my problem is resolved I am bit frustrated not but they are not picking up my phone please help...

My transaction failed during booking my railway ticket on 27 june 2019 and refund is still not intimated... I have already dropped a mail there on 19 july but my problem is not resolved yet. Train ticket booked in ixigo has been canceled by ixigo as train cancelled. I checked in irctc site on my train cancellation before chart preparation but train shows active. I waited for 2 hours i tried getting my refund back before chart preparation hence ixigo say refund is zero and cheated 2000 rupees from me. I didn’t book in tatkal it’s a normal reservation only.
