I would like to complain about my booking. I booked 2 tickets from ixigo i complained about 1ticket already now my another ticket please check it too only half amount i got by your mistakes. The rights are on my side so you should refund full amount to my account as possible as you can i'm submitting all the proofs you want please try to refund my full amount to my account

    I booked tickets to go home today but when i reached station they said all train was cancelled only special train is going on so they told me to cancel the ticket so i cancelled unfortunately i didn't got my money back please do something to help me. It was not my mistake it was there's so please do something faster to refund my money back to my account

    I have madey payment through phonepay for the ticket after the payment nothing show regarding ticket or pnr number and now i want to get my money how i can get because no option is showingto get back money

      I tried to book a ticket from ahmedabad to delhi for august 28. I used upi transaction method, my amount was deducted but no ticket was booked. I have written them 3-4 times for my refund. They are not responding. I have my transaction id from paytm upi.

      There is no customer support on the app, i have rebooked my ticket but my old transaction has not been refunded.

      Please help me get my money back.

        I tried to purchase a rail ticket using ixigo app on[protected]. My amount was deducted from bank account but ticket could not generated. Then received a message from ixigo ur deducted amount will be refund with in 5 working days. But i didn't received the my refund. After this i mail to ixigo team on 1st august
        2019 (Whose copy is enclosed) but i received a message with next 5 days i will get my refund back in my account. But till today i have not received my refund back

        I was trying to book ticket from borivali to surat on 6 august and due to some internet connections i was little late to pay amount
        I paid amount through upi
        My account was deducted but i was not able to book ticket

          I booked my train ticket on 30 July 2019 from Kathgodam to New Delhi, Train number: 12039 (Kgm NDLS Shatabdi) amounting 1980.00 & I paid through HDFC debit card but did not get my refund even after 7 days.

I have tried to reach to ixigo customer care and i have sent a lot of mails for the same but i haven't got any reply from their end. They don't have any customer care no.                 I booked my flight on 16 June but then I cancelled it I have also taken the liberty general insurance but now they are not picking up my phone I tried to call them alot but they are not picking up my phone since 2 month is passed but they are not giving me the refund money yet and now they are sending me that my problem is resolved I am bit frustrated not but they are not picking up my phone please help

                I cancelled my train ticket in 10 july. But yet my refund money is not credited...
                I booked a ticket on 26 june but it was not booked and the refund is not generated yet
                Today I was booking a ticket and worngly the app deducted the money 2 thimes. Kindly refund the access money you have. The Amount is Rs 1030.98.                   To be quite honest and apt with my words, this company is fake, fraud and untrustworthy. My total amount Rs.3, 138 has been deducted and has not been returned to me. Actually, Rs.938 was deducted was in the process of refunding, however, this company didn' t inform me when my amount Rs. 938 was refunded to me and when I made a call to know the valid information they could do nothing, but just to make blame excuses and later Rs. 2, 000 was deducted. With such distrust and disloyalty towards the customers ; no one would be able to make a swift transactions. Furthermore, it would infuriate the customers and thereby reduces the users. So this is my honest and genuine information to you that you should't become a victim of this fraud and fake company. Do not ever trust this company and if you do then be prepared to face the mischance. So I am making an honest request to you not to use this company henceforth. Though I have been bitterly doomed I would't want to, though my money has been deducted and un-refunded I would want you to be safe from their evil clutches .They are nothing but just useless fellows who has cheated in the past just to acquired a position in the Indian bank. I would't say "Indian bank" for they are just spoiling the reputation to be called as Indians. Afterall this comany has showed their true colour..

                      My transaction failed during booking my railway ticket on 27 june 2019 and refund is still not intimated... I have already dropped a mail there on 19 july but my problem is not resolved yet. For more information i have attached a screenshot of mail received from the ixigo team.                         Train ticket booked in ixigo has been canceled by ixigo as train cancelled. I checked in irctc site on my train cancellation before chart preparation but train shows active. I waited for 2 hours i tried getting my refund back before chart preparation hence ixigo say refund is zero and cheated 2000 rupees from me. I didn’t book in tatkal it’s a normal reservation only. I’m not able to cancel and get my money.

                        Sir, I booked 4 tickets of puspak express from kanpur to man-made dated 8 October.i made the payment from my card after which due to some cause transaction expired.i received message form your app that money will be refunded in 5 days but have not been refunded yet . kindly sort it out.

                          I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi, made the transaction through UPI the amount is deducted from my account but the flight was not booked.

                            I planned to book train tickets through your ixigo app from chennai central to ernakulam and made successful payment via debit card.

                            But the ticket booking is still in pending also the amount is debited from my account.

                              Today (27th july, 2019) morning i booked a ticket first from sirhind junction to bilaspur. On first booking the amount of rs 2491 got deducted from my account but later on a window poped up saying booking failed. I re-booked again and again the same amount got deducted from my account my but booking still remained pending. I have attached the screenshots of both the transaction ids. Ixigo team please check and refund my amount back.

The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 5-7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

                              Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.

                              Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo:
                              1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app
                              2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option
                              3. Enter your UPI ID
                              4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on continue

                              I have booked irctc traintickets through ixigo on 21.07.2019 with PNR no. [protected]. now i wanted to cancel one ticket in this. But IRCTC online ticket cancellation is not accepting (objecting) and also irctc is responding as you are not booked tickets in irctc. why?
                              Please clarify and give the solution.

                                Dear sir,
                                Actually i booked 3 train tickets and cancelled all of them ln 5 jun 19 but refunded only for one ticket and other teo tickets amount has not been credited to my acct untill now and i jave communicated to irctc customer care few times through phone calls and mail finally they provided the detailes for refunded and asked to me contact with le travenues customer care, please refer the photo which attached to this and refund the amount, thanks.

                                  On 17 july 2019 i booked 4 train ticket from kanpur to manmad from pushpak exp... But transaction has been cancelled but i did not get my refund back 5 days has been completed so kindly without taking any strict action get my refund back.. U have to get my refund back on22 july 2019 u r too late ur service is so late n i called ur customer care but i did not get any response...

                                  I have tried to book flight ticket from Bombay to Vijayawada on 24.07.2019, 19:50 hrs from ixigo account with registered mobile number [protected]. Amount debited from my bank account but ticket not booked.
                                  Kindly look into the issue and infirm me about status of flight booking or refund .

                                    I booked a flight from delhi to ranchi on 7th aug, 2019. I paid the amount through upi app. Rs 2083 was deducted from my account but no ticket was issued. I got no email of ticket confirmation. If my ticket is confirmed then kindly send the confirmation mail or otherwise refund the amount in my account.                                       I've booked a flight ticket from ixigo mobile app today at 2:48 pm. An amount of rs 7619 got deducted, but the ticket was not booked. The details are as follows:

                                      Name of booking provider: ixigo
                                      Booking id: if[protected]
                                      Transaction id:[protected]

                                      I have confirmed from my bank that the amount was credited to the beneficiary account.

                                      The ticket was from "bom-rdp, sun, sep 1" & from "rdp-bom, tue, sep 10".

                                      I mailed them and tried to contact them, but there was no response from their end.

                                        I had booked ticket from DEL to VNS flight for 2nd July 2019 and cancelled the flight and they provide no refund.
                                        However to get reimburse of amount i need to provide the refund invoice and they are not providing the refund invoice.

                                        I have contacted them over calls many times they promised that refund invoice will be deliver in 2hrs but nothing revived from there side
