Dear ixigo team,

I have booked a train ticket from palakkad to chennai on 28/07/2019 with pnr: [protected]. I’m trying to cancel the ticket from today morning onwards but your app is not allowing to cancel it saying an error “something went wrong, please try after sometime”. Please help me to cancel my tickets and refund the amount

Hi.

I planned to book train tickets through your ixigo app from chennai central to ernakulam and made successful payment via debit card.

But the ticket booking is still in pending also the amount is debited from my account.
Will the booking confirmed or my amount will be refunded?
Kindly provide me clarification on this issue as soon as possible.

Today (27th july, 2019) morning i booked a ticket first from sirhind junction to bilaspur. On first booking the amount of rs 2491 got deducted from my account but later on a window poped up saying booking failed. I re-booked again and again the same amount got deducted from my account my but booking still remained pending. I have attached the screenshots of both the transaction ids. Actually i booked 3 train tickets and cancelled all of them ln 5 jun 19 but refunded only for one ticket and other teo tickets amount has not been credited to my acct untill now and i jave communicated to irctc customer care few times through phone calls and mail finally they provided the detailes for refunded and asked to me contact with le travenues customer care, please refer the photo which attached to this and refund...

But transaction has been cancelled but i did not get my refund back 5 days has been completed so kindly without taking any strict action get my refund back.. I booked a flight from delhi to ranchi on 7th aug, 2019. I paid the amount through upi app. Rs 2083 was deducted from my account but no ticket was issued. I got no email of ticket confirmation. If my ticket is confirmed then kindly send the confirmation mail or otherwise refund the amount in my account. I have shared the screenshot o[censored]pi app confirming the transaction. I had booked ticket from DEL to VNS flight for 2nd July 2019 and cancelled the flight and they provide no refund.
However to get reimburse of amount i need to provide the refund invoice and they are not providing the refund invoice.

I booked 6 ticket from balasore to howrah on 28th july in bbs jan shatabdi, train no-12074 by the ixigo app
So at first it debited the amount 797. 94 rupees and then a messege came from ixigo that they couldn't book ticket and re book my ticket the debited amount refund in 5 working day.
So i booked 6 ticket by paying the same amount again.
Still now the amount is not refunded i put the screenshot of both booking details...

Today i booked an air ticket from guwahati to silchar. But the amount has been deducted and ticket not booked.

But as i had to visit silchar so i had no other choice but to booked it again.

Now what about my earlier transaction. When it will be refunded???

I recived my one amount of rs. 1680/- on 26/04/2019 but i didn't get the another amount of rs.1680/-. The booking od no. Is ixitr[protected]. Please clarify that why the amount has not been credit in my account i suffered from three months for that.

Booking i'd 19184940, pnr ldlzhf booked with zero cancellation fee. But not showing on ticket.
I want to reschedule my ticket with other flight on same date or cancel my ticket with zero cancellation.
Cheap ticket tool free person says you have no option of cancellation. They misbehaving us. Take action against them.
Please arrange my ticket reschedule in another flight....

Hi, i tried booking a ticket on ixigo site today morning. Pnr-[protected], after entering the otp the payment page went blank and all white. I waited for 7-8 minutes and later found that my ticket is auto cancelled and the amount of 872/- is deducted.

Now they say - only 625/- would be refunded.. And 190/- is the irctc agent charge.
I didn't cancel my ticket. I was auto-cancelled. I need a complete refund if 872/-. It's...
