amount deducted ticket not received or any other confirmation

I recently had tried to book train ticket from ludhiana junction to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi google pay payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.288.68

It doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.

These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me...

flight ticket confirmation issue

I booked 3 flight ticket booking from port blair to trivandrum this monring for 29 october 2019 at 7.25 am via chennai. It was an indigo flight. I have used google pay as the payment method. The money has been successfully paid to ixigo. After the money got deducted from my account i was redirected to the homescreen. And i didnt get any confirmation for the booking. refund of money delaying with transaction id 927623107129

Train ticket booking got failed but money got debited from xxxx3600 canara bank account. They had been delaying this refunding since 2 days and i want rebook my tickets which will get filled soon. I was booking chair car ac 3 tickets form harippad to mangalore and last moment it got failed but 1700 rs got debited from my account

I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app using phonepe but didnt get any refund message

I tried to book train ticket from howrah to yeshwanthpur on ixigo using phone pe app, my amount was deducted from phonepe but on the ixigo page it was still showing "amount to be deducted rs 6k" and i tried to refresh the page but it was showing "cancel transaction/bookings?" and then at the end payment time was over and nothing happened. My money also didnt get refund and neither i received any message regarding refundment. Please help....

I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app using phonepe but didnt get any confirmation

I tried to book using ixigo app on october 3rd. I've used phonepay upid for transaction. I was very disappointed to say that my money got deducted but in ixigo page payment was unsuccessful. 6k was deducted from my account. Transaction was successful on phonepe app but on the bookings and payments page on ixigo the page wasn't getting refreshed. I have attached a photo of the transaction page of phonepe. Please help...

Dear ixigo

I here to inform you that i tried to book flight ticket of rs.3291/- on 20.09.2019 from mumbai to tirupati journey dated 26.09.2019 from my registered mobile number [protected] on ixigo app but the transaction has successful and ticket was not generated. When i tried to call support team, the response was not appreciable. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

liar plus not hearing properly plus asking same query again and again

This is a headache for me we booked ticket on 30 of aug 2019 for 6 oct 2019 air india and i received email that flight timing is now from ai 144 - 5:pm to 4:pm instead of ai 687 - 4:pm to 5:00 pm.. I for ward the mail to this people and they are saying flight can nit cancel as air india saying not possible as i was having meeting in airport as soon as i reached delhi with flight no. Ai 687. I rang them several time ixigo customer service...

irctc ticket, payment charged but booking pending

Tonight i booked a ticket through ixigo app, for a wl ticket. After the payment process and receiving sms saying the it has been charged to my card, the booking still does not appear in my account. It remains as "booking pending" in the transaction page, itip id: ixitr[protected]

Please advise what this means? Was the booking successful or not if i have already been charged?...

it's been more than a month refund not got yet

Booked a flight on the 26th of august from pune to delhi, the amount was debited from the account but flight booking got canceled. It's been more than a month now i still not got a refund. Hello sir/madam,
I tried booking 3 times on ixigo app on 26th of sept and payment had been deducted but booking failed, i have been trying to contact ixigo support via chat and email as well as on their support number but there’s either the bot speaking or no response to the mails.
I already shared the screenshots of payment transactions id with them on their mail id but as i am getting no response, i strongly feel there’s...

Sir, I tried booking tickets from Bangalore to Chennai on Oct 1, 2019 and while booking I made payment through Amazon pay . My money got deducted and no tickets been generated
Amazon had confirmed that money is successfully transferred to ixigo account
I couldn't find the transaction in app and don't know how to get refund of Rs.1939

Am unable to contact customer care of ixigo and helcenter doesn't load in their...

Yesterday i tried to book a ticket from visakhapatnam to guntur...in ixigo application... But i took some time to complete my payment... My money was deducted from paytm but ixigo page said the transaction was timed out and my booking was not done... Please help me to recieve my money back... I have made the transaction to book ticket from ixigo app. I made the payment through upi (Google pay). Amount deducted from my account. I made the payment through google pay to ixigo upi [protected]@okaxis.
The transaction made on 15th september. Bank said amount successfully transferred to merchant. Amount not returned as of now. Please look into the matter. As it is long due. Upi transaction i'd :[protected]...

transaction successful by paytm but ixigo show me failed transaction

I was book a train ticket from ixigo by upi
The amount has been sent successfully to ixigo but ixigo show me in transaction history payment failed and they can't give my refund back and i connect the ixigo company but they told me to connect to the bank but when i connect to the bank they told me your amount successfully be sent here is no any problem at that time...
