I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose phonepe for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in phonepe statement its showing "transaction with phonepe successful". Debited amount - 1591, date and time :28 sep 2019, 02:59 pm and transaction ID: C1909281459061840955036. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction...

I booked a train ticket, they didnt even ask my irctc password. Amount of 7395 got debited from my account but no confirmation from ixigo about it. App shows no past booking.. They dont even a customer care to call. Please refund my amount of 7395. Atleast make a customer care no. Where we can call.I need my refund back...my email [protected]@gmail.com...

On 1 august 2019 i has booked tickets but two time booking fail and last booking is confirmed and than first fail booking amount is received in my account but second time deducted amount is not received, i have already discussed our bank costumers care he ask me this amount is credited to this account number last 4digit. 1645, so who can solve this problem. Hi i have booked a ticket from mysore to chennai and the booking is shown as pending. The amount has been deducted to my account but no ticket has been issued. I am also unable to cancel the ticket due to this. The reason for this might be a timeout when redirected to irctc page for generating the ticket. Kindly assist me with this concern.

I booked flight ticket on ixigo app having booking id :if[protected] airindia flight pnr : ygbq6 from nagpur to mumbai on 9sep 2019. And the flight get cancelled, and got the confirmation call from airindia that ticket is cancelled and nil refund is forward to your agent (I. E. Ixigo) but now ixigo says we yet didn't receive refund from airindia. When i call airindia customer support they said they already forwarded the refund to ixigo....

Hello, i was booking train tickets on train. When it asked for payment i used my phonepe. After that money got deducted but the ticket reservation wasn't successful so tried again but same thing. My money got deducted, twice and train ticket also didn't book. And now those transactions are also not showing up on the ixigo app. How can i get my refund. I have attached my transaction screenshots also. Please help...

Money got deducted via my ixigo app. Rs 1485. But there’s nothing on the app that can prove that plus my ticket also didn’t get booked. Bank has confirmed that i paid and beneficiary got the money via UPI method. Now im not able to contact ixigo customer care as their no. Is either busy or not reachable. What do i do in this case? I tried twice to book ticket from vizag to Chennai using ixigo app on sept 9th. I've used phonepay UPID for transaction. I was very disappointed to say that 2 times my money got deducted but my ticket was not booked. I spoke with customer care people and they said ticket didn't booked because of payment failed. They asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. I want to know whether my process has initiated or not. I'm worried because 5k deducted...

I was booking ticket for train no 12438, NZM to Nagpur on date 26/08/2019, during booking Ticke money i.e. Rs 2414.29 was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not made. i am continously talking to customer care of SBI, IRCTC and ixigo but nobody is helping me.
