I tried booking tickets from ixigo app on 19/10/19 from agartala to baghdogra but my tickets wrnt booked and my money was deducted from the account .I haven’t received any message so far from the team.And my transaction was done through UPI and am attaching the details here.kindly refund my money . kindly look into this and make the refund as soon as possible .And when a transaction fails kindly mention it in your app or else it’s difficult...

money got deducted for booking train but didnt received ticket

On october 16, 2019 a sum of rs.4202.85 was remitted by me through bhim upi for booking train ticket in ixigo app. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4202.85 asap. The details are

refund of cancelled train tickets

I tried booking tickets for BAngalore to kachegoda on 15/10/19 via ixigo app and my transaction was failed, but my money was deducted from account and the transaction was made through UPI to [protected]@axis bank.kindly look into this and solve this issue as soon as possible .I also have attached the transaction details .I asked my bank and they said to contact the concern team for it, kindly look into this matter....

Hi, my name is velanie fernandes. I had booked a flight ticket from bombay to goa using upi id mode of payment worth rs 2359 from ixigo app on 17th oct 2019. The amount is been debited but im unable to find the ticket or confirmation on it. Please refund my money asap. As my trip is urgent and i have no money to make an another booking. regarding ticket booking

I had booked 2 tickets today between 12 and 1am from ixigo. Amount 5714 has been deducted from my account. Bt no details regarding the booking and confimation msg has been received..

payment made but session timed out

I went on ixigo to book my train ticket from panipat to delhi. I selected the cc coach and moved towards payment. Then after i paid from upi, it showed section timed out and now the money is gone, also i don't have ticket and have to pay extra for another ticket. Also, i can't see it in my bookings as failed or something, it just doesn't exist i want my ₹ 315 back....

train booking money deducted without issue of travel ticket

Made a train booking on Ixigo and the whole process proceeded smoothly till payment was processed but the site failed to issue the ticket.

Repeated the same and once again the same issue.

In essence did the whole process 2 times and paid twice without delivery of promised service!

Next tried to contact the “customer support” which does not exist.

payment refund for failed booking

Dear team,

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th october at 08:25 am and during payment via upi mode (Paytm) my payment was successful of amount 2645.40 inr to upi - [protected]@axisbank as per upi reference id[protected] but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train...

I was booking ticket from ixigo for railways from bandra terminus to bhuj for november 17 /2019 and when the page of payment arrived i clicked on upi payment option i payed 1250.89 rs my upi transaction id is :[protected] as per my money was deducted frol my account and i when i got back to ixigo app the booking was gone and i didn’t even recieved and refund money message as well please look into this and pay my money back as fast as possiblebr...

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and choose paytm wallet for payment but ticket was not booked but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction with paytm upi successful". Debited amount - 384 date and time :10 oct 2019, 06:27 am and transaction id[protected].. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. I have made 3 flight ticket bookings for 29 of october 2019 from port blair to trivandrum. It was an indigo flight at 7.25 am via chennai. I have used the ixigo app for boooking. I recently had tried to book train ticket from ludhiana junction to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi google pay payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.288.68 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
