Dear sir,
I have booked train ticket from mdu to kpd with booking id : ixitr[protected] and mdu to sa with booking id : ixitr[protected] on 5th july 2019. For both tickets, amount of rs. 1295.36 and rs.1173.59 were deducted but tickets were not confirmed.
For which, i received message for refund that will be credited in my account within 5 days. Till date, no money has been credited in my account.
Please do the needful and make refund as early as possible.
