I booked ticket from thivim to thane in konkan kanya exp for 22 july 2019 the amount for the ticket was 1031₹ amount has been deducted from my account as soon i booked the ticket but now it's been few hours and it's still showing booking pending since there's no sign of conformation i have checked it many times.
Please refund my amount as i no longer want this ticket for now....

I had booked a flight ticket from ranchi to banglaore today. The transaction was done but I got no confirmation of the ticket, henceworth amount deducted from my account. I did emailed on ixigo email id but still not getting any reply whether they will refund or ticket is cofirmed. This ixigo app don't even provide customer care no.for help. Worst experienced ever from this app.
They should take some quick action regarding such problems.br...

I booked flight ticket from Nagpur to bangalore using ixigo website. Money got deducted but after that no response. I tried to contact ixigo team but no reponse. infact no customer care number or contact number. I submitted support form and sent emails multiple times but no response.

I canceled my ixigo train trip of 20th June 2019. My PNR no was [protected]. When I canceled my trip I only got refund of ₹4330 excluding the agent and service charge fee of ₹130. So I request you to refund me my that money. At the time of booking I did not know that ixigo will charge ₹100 as payment charge. If you do not refund my ₹130 back then i will file a case against ixigo as money doesn’t grow on trees. Please have to word...

I had booked a ticket having pnr no. [protected] from ghaziabaad to prayagraj on 10/05/2019 but it was communicated that ticket was not confirmed and i will receive my refund amount within 5 days but till date i have not received my refund amount i had called irctc and i was told that irctc had refunded my 610 rupees on 12/05/2019 to ixigo but ixigo has not refunded my money. So it is requested to refund my amount at the earliest.

I have cancelled my trian tickets on 8 may still i have not received my money please do the needful as soon as possible i called up irtic they said contact ixigo its been past so many day still not got my refund please look after my case why its taking so many days they said ur money will come back on 15 of may now today it being 22 of may still not received...

I have paid Rs. 290 for two tickets, i got refund only Rs. 150. May I know the reason.
And another thing, I received a reply as it was a clerk charges. But the ticket was cancelled from your end, then why did u take those charges, that is not a customer fault then why did u giving this kind of solution. This is not acceptable one.
May I know what kind of clerk charges it is?...

I recently had tried to book train ticket from ckp to ndls through ixigo train app and gone for upi bhim payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.5290, ticket not booked and transaction failed after some time but my amount deducted from my bank account. But my refund amount not yet received. Reqst check and refund immediately. Pse check my transaction id in attachment file......

I was trying to ticket from ckp to ndls through bhim upi payment gateway on 24/04/2019, ticket not booked and transaction failed after some time but my amount deducted from bank account (Indian bank). I am still waiting my refund amount not yet received so far. Reqst check and refund immediately. Please check my transaction id in attachment file......

I book train tkt from ixigo trains app from chennai to madurai pandian express. Travel date 30.4.2019. Pnr[protected]. Ixitr[protected]. After chart preparation ticket status is wl. I received mail from irctc refund amt will be refunded automatically from ur agent. But still now it was not refunded. Also i received a call from ixigo like your tkt not confirmed amt willbe refunded....

I booked 2 tickets on 5th of may from delhi to bareilly (Avadh assam express) with pnr no. [protected] for the date 7th of may but my ticket was in waiting list. So i read on the websites that i could not travel with a wait listed tickets and if the ticket would be in waiting list after the chart prepared then i will be refund automatically. The transaction was failed my money deducted.I approached through Email they checked and replied we haven't charged the amount please check with bank. I called to ICICI customer care they said money credited to IXIGO bank account number xxxx1465. again i approached ICICI through email they confirmed with reference to my email they informed that my transaction money of Rs.1270.49...
