Hi,
I was trying to book tickets from palani to trivandrum one day before. I had opted googlepay upi mode of payment. It was hung for some time while the payment was done, after few minutes later, money got deducted, but there was no indication regarding the ticket and transcation details in "ixigo" app. So it has not come under either successful or failed transcation history.
How can i get my money refunded?
